I can't believe this list is still up and stickied. It's just serves as evidence and a reminder that the PvP'rs actually knew what should've been done in order to improve PvP in this game. Instead we had it destroyed by the arrogance of those in power that had convinced themselves that they knew what was best for PvP. Oh well, so much for rational alternatives, explanations of why the devs's ideas were bad, and the thorough testing which proved those explanations to be accurate, huh? Too bad the logical alternatives were never considered and that the PvP population continues to be a shell of its previous self, further proving what the majority of us said all along. 6. 10. I understand the i13 changes completely and therefore also understand that the i13 changes were completely rediculous and should be reverted ASAP.

7. F. None of the above. The only thing that interests me and that would make me come back to this game is the devs reverting the i13 PvP changes and implementing the requested changes (see PvP wishlist) brought about by the people that were actually versed in the PvP of this game.

10. Additional comments aren't really necessary I suppose. Why would anyone that actually makes sense be listened to at this point? A good number of us tried our best to provide logical explanations as to why the devs' PvP changes would not be successful and to give reasonable alternatives, and those ideas were pretty much just ignored.

I don't think there's any immediate danger of dUmb leaving. We sort of have a revolving door of "active" Test PvP'rs, but we've managed to stay active even when attendance hasn't been great. Everyone experiences burn-out from time to time, but the thing that helps and, I suppose, hurts dUmb is that none of take this too seriously...though we do love winning and try our best. Since we're not committed to reaching number 1, we tend not to grow tired of what it takes to keep pace with the best. We certainly don't fault more serious teams that desire that top spot, but I personally think it's much easier to grow weary of the ladder that way because of the time commitment.

I'm glad you have fun facing us. We're probably most known for our storm teams, but we throw in some unconventional line-ups as well (in addition to our storm team varying quite a bit from time to time) which, I think, adds some fun to our matches. I think we know our place, and it's certainly not SRS BSNS TEST PVP!!! though we respect and really enjoy facing groups with that philosophy as well. <3's!!!

Well this just sucks. Although I certainly hope you all stay in the Test scene, it's a real shame when teams break up and then the members end up joining other, existing teams...because that makes the ladder that much smaller.

I'm sorry if I sounded a bit defensive.

It's a team Pentad ladder (modified Pentad, I guess, technically). You form or join a team and schedule matches with other teams in order to climb the ladder. (The complete rules and scheduling info is in the OP of that thread to which you linked.)

If you're feeling some burnout from PvE, this is a great way to try some PvP. If you want to be competitive with the upper teams on the ladder, then yes, that means spec'ing a toon out with PvP in mind. But if you're just wanting to try out some casual PvP, then there are some other ladder teams that aren't as SRS BSNS. If you haven't done much PvP and are curious, I'd suggest joining this...or at least come out for kickball a time or two.
