  1. I love that song!

Actually, during one of my 'hate the world, leave me alone or I k33l j00' phases, I listened to only Evanescence, and this was one of my favourites.

[Edit] Okay, people, did anyone ever notice that they always change something into something else without even thinking about it?

I just realized that I matched every single theme for these RP's to an entry movie, like seeing the characters, their names, and a small action sequence. You know, one of those action-series kinds of things.

I was putting MotM to the song Ess put up, before I realized I did it all the time.

    ...Just, y'know, some random trivia.
  2. "CURSE YOUUUUU!!!!!"

    *Smack*

    Shut it, inner-voice.
  3. [ QUOTE ]
Essex has a gigantic music collection.
    Just like me. Waaahahaha.

    We're such losers.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Just caught this.

    *Ahem.*

*Points to the 103 songs in his Favourites list.*

*Proceeds to point to the 3,209 songs in his Library.*
  4. Oh, I actually expected to lose. 2.0 is more of the 'plan-ahead' type of hero. Kind of like Batman, but with Spider-Man's affinity for bad jokes at inappropriate times. He isn't supposed to win head-on battles on the fly, so... Well, he doesn't.
  5. Experiment turns into beasty thing from an injecting. Balsk proceeds to slash and stab. I can't even remember if 2.0 bled to death, fell of a cliff, or ran away. I remember Balsk and Experiment dueling at first though, before 2.0 started using a load of cheap tricks. None of which worked, mind you, but still...
  6. Heh. Experiment dies ALL the time. He will go for a cheap shot if he is about to die, but that never works. For instance, GoCC, the first time, Experiment injects himself with 'OMGSUPERMODE' serum, and promptly is executed by Balsk. Oh, no, that was the second time. First time was being sniped in the head.

Final fight... He has not died. Yet. He will most likely be an idiot and get himself killed promptly.
  7. ((Not even a mech. Imagine human-size body of an entire suit of armour, but is alive. But yeah... I suppose the heroes should skip the entire long trip to the island... I doubt they would have anything to worry about but motion sickness.

You can tell 2.0 will have that now, can't you.))

Experiment flew forward, as a few blasts of energy proceeded to fly by him and the group. He swerved to avoid another, but could not help frowning. He called to the people behind him loudly.

"Whoever is here is not using everything against us. I think we have more of a distraction than whoever was on that ship. I think--"

The Mark I turned, and bolted at 2.0 directly. A fist to the face of the hero sent him barreling downward.

"Oww..." he groaned as he hit the water.
  8. I used to do examples like this a hell of a lot to inform people of what they may be doing wrong in an RP, so I get to do what I do best now...

Example of 'crossing the line'; A tech-user is fighting an army with technically made weaponry, getting hit a few times, but in essence, breaking through the many minions. Now, this is understandable. After all, they are MINIONS. As long as they are not the RP equivilant of a Boss, I don't mind so much. I mean, come on... MINIONS!

However, then the main villain comes out, who had been watching the hero for quite some time. He had studied the heroes powers, and finally found their powers' weakness after many years; The jewel of Mars.

Now comes the overpowering... Suddenly, the hero 'knew' the villain acquired the artifact, and, for some reason, had decided to pick up the jewel's inherent weakness on his grocery shopping trip last week.
  9. In case you people hadn't noticed from my speed posting, I am always here waiting for posts.

Hehe, 2.0 is the same way, but instead of mutation, he is nowhere near Magic. He has acrobatics, which are natural, his dark armour, gained from mutation, his spines, gained from science, and everything else from tech.

As for 'limiting to archetypes'... I will assure you, 2.0 is nowhere NEAR limited by that. For instance, grenades, all types of vehicles, and other technical devices, while having spines, and rarely, dark armour, as well as basic training in weapons.

    Something else weird I notice...

When I am at school, or otherwise not on the forums, there will be a million posts. The second I start watching, the whole forum just... Stops.

Is the forum a kettle, waiting to boil?
  10. ...

This 'Etatstopper' scares me. I must investigate.
  11. Well, yes, but he will continue being next in line until he has no bowel existing to rid him of.
  12. Well, Schizo may be messed up...

    ...But come on...

...He is now someone, if 2.0 had seen the first part of that, the next one in line for disembowlment.
  13. Well... she IS overly friendly...

...But I still don't think she enjoys Blightlord's company, right Ess?
  14. Very much appreciated Ess... Very. Much. Appreciated.

Aaaanyway... Off the hot-teacher subject that it seems Leo won't give up on for SOME reason, who agrees with Leo that the whole tech-usage thing is odd? What with the amazing amount of technology, and its usefulness?

And, as an edit, I just noticed. Essex changed her name to Essex_ToasterS6... Poor Essie table-cloths herself when being a toaster is mentioned, and now her creator just has to go and make it worse... *Tsk*.
  15. 1. 14. Check.

2... Okay, I am not THAT bored.

    Yet.

    3... How. 'Bout. No.

...They would be a bad influence on me, if they were villains. Heroines already have an.. Attractive look, most of the time. Also, half the time, if they are overly attractive, most likely they aren't even really female. First thing I think, then I get a mental image of a forty year old guy trying to talk naive 15-16 year olds into...

    Well...

I suppose the most mature way to put it... Is cybZ0rZ.
  16. Wow, Doc West is much more reserved than 2.0 would be...

He would probably make Hal test out every device he thought was lethal until the kid died if he had made Essex.
  17. ((OOC: [ QUOTE ]
He saw Cobalt beating on Experiment from across the play ground. He ran over and put himself between the two, braving a hit from the foam mallet.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Hehe... That is my new favourite post... Hehe...))
  18. ...

The other RPs are not moving.

I have nothing else to do but listen to music and read these forums.

I mean, I probably do, but I can't be bothered to do it. Plus, if my computer turns off, it doesn't turn on for a few days, so I try and get the most out of it I can.

I think that is another reason 2.0 has so much bad tech... Same thing happens in real life to me.
  19. Leo: Yeah... I noticed the whole 'Everyone has tech' thing, which is why 2.0 has so much malfunctioning stuff. Some of it works fine, but he has specialized his efforts to maximize its potential. The reason most people don't have malfunctioning tech is probably because they don't have millions of freakin' devices to work on.

On the 3rd grade teacher thing... Here is a restraining order. This allows me to stabify you if you get within five continents of me. Think about that.

Arashi: Well... It isn't like I have a social life. That, and I kind of don't like the sun, so... Yeah.
  20. Change. Of. Heaaaart!!!

"Did he say change of heart?!"
"No... He said Change of Heaaaaart!!!, completely different."

    *Ahem*.

Yes, well, after listening to Someday over and over and over, times thirty-two, I have changed what I think the song signifies, and this time it includes the words.

For me, it seems as though two people are singing it, one for the first verse, one for the second, both sing their seperate parts for the third, and both sing the Chorus.

Most likely, 2.0 is the first verse, and Hal is the second verse, and both would have different reasons for the chorus.

The first verse would likely be Final Fight Experiment trying to ask forgiveness of Essex for his stupidity, apart from the whole 'Unpack your suitcase' part...

The chorus would be him trying to mend their friendship.

Hal would likely have the second verse, because, well, Final Fight has gone to all hell. Plus, the whole 'loving Essex' thing fits in there. His version of the chorus would be to try and tell Essex how he honestly feels.

Third verse, both sing their parts respectively, for their reasons, then the chorus again.

If you hadn't noticed, this is a sort of for Final Fight, but not a theme, if you get my drift.
  21. This is for any odd things you notice in RP on these forums...

Let me point out, and go into, the most obvious thing here.

Very ODD crushes, and the age differences between them.

For instance, just now, I read some of Super Hero 101... Well, Leogunner, you are close to having a character with the STRANGEST infatuation, what with the teacher and all...

Hal x Essex.... I am sure I have talked about the oddness of this relationship before, but I will simply sum this one up in one acronym...

    [censored]?!?!11/!1/?

Hal is eternally 17. Essex, unless modified, is eternally... 6. Can anyone say 'Pedophilia'? I sure can. Granted, Hal isn't 18, but still... Almost 10 year difference, people!

...I think I will leave out Reikoff x Veronica... I don't even WANT to get into THAT one...

Schizo x Essex... Let us just say, I will not think of Schizo the same way ever again. Ever.

    ...Ever. <.< >.> X.x

Well, what have YOU people noticed?
  22. "Blarghen! Flarghen! Googenheimen!" and a long list of other assorted, odd phrases ending in either "-Ghen" or "-Ploof" was heard, muffled by the ground, with each strike of the foam hammer.
  23. Experiment gasped, and rolled forward, ready to flip the attacking mallet-wielder over him.

However, let us just say he wasn't the most balanced child in his youth, and instead slammed into the ground facefirst.

    Hard.
  24. I REALLY should have expected such an angst-driven song to be owned by the drama-healbot...

    Woohoo for Angst!
