It looks like you used the standard enforcer pattern on the armor, which for some costumes is really good, I just think in the case of the Angellic look another Pattern would bring it to life more. thats just my opinion of course.

Its Solid, but I would look for a different color to throw in personally, an orange perhaps?

The only other thing is don't use the default pattern, its kind of boring IMO with so many other options out there.

The end is very moving Tundara, from the little details about the clam, the feeling of loss from troops but friends as well, the die with honor aspect...all of it brought the entire piece together very well.

I agree with the Otter Queen on this one, I would love a figure of Plasma Stream in the 4inch or better size. Right now all I have is a Repaint of Blackfire from the Teen Titans series.
