  1. Is Elec/Elec survivable? I would like to make a sapper as the concept is interesting to me. It makes sense that Elec/Elec would be the ultimate sapper when it comes to Doms. However, the more I think about it, I can't figure out how this set would survive. Is there much mitigation prior to draining a mob's endurance? Is the endurance drain faster than I'm imagining it to be?

    I keep coming back to Elec/Psi due to the added survivability of Drain Psyche...plus spamming shockwave at point blank range is always nice as well :-).

    Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. I like your suggestion on Sleet. I find that I use that power whenever it is available.

    Now that I've been using the Musculature Alpha for the weekend I think I'm going to go the Cardiac route. With this much recharge, I find that I run out of the blue bar before Domination comes back. Maybe I can run hotfeet continually with Cardiac...but maybe not :-)

  3. Hi all. Thanks for reading this post. I'm looking for some advice from the community on my current Fire/Fire/Ice build. I've been working on this build for a month or so with i19 in mind and I feel like it is where I need it to be. However, a few sets of eyes on the build could only help. I'm open to constructive criticism and I know many community members know way more about the numbers in this game that I could ever comprehend. So any build advice would be appreciated.

    My goal was to softcap s/l defense while boosting recharge for permadom (original concept eh?). I also wanted near perma hoarfrost for the hp boost. I'm planning on going the damage route with the incarnate system to make up for the damage slotting. Suggestions on Incarnate routes are welcome as well.
