Just wondered if anybody knows how many recharge SO's Practised Brawling needs to be perma with quickness?

Great plan would have made all the badge hunting much easier

I know my epic powers so have critical hits - LBE and energy torrent - but dont know much about the power pool attacks but if you're a scrapper why does this matter when you're primary pool does better damage anyway

Got acrobatics which saves me from the dreaded knockback but cant always be bothered to grab bfs before mishes

If im around I'd love to do this 2 - pick your alt got fire tank (lvl 20) sr scrapper (lvl 21ish) empath (lvl 25+) or pb (lvl 33) my sg could do with the prestige and i could do with the influ

If you need a hand my 50 always up for some Shadow Shard action I have recall friend and 3 slotted fly if that helps and although its 33 mishes we should get this done in 3 hours at most. Btw the visit location mishes are just that, visiting a point in FBZ

lol soon as i realised I could convert prestige into influence my 40mil went much quicker than i thought all for about 80k prestige

I am really enjoying the challenge of my primarily human build pb and it really annoys me when I get stunned. I heard that in a recent issue (5 or 6 cant remember/dont know ) heal self from the medicine power pool had resistance to disorient could this be a practical solution? Any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated
