  4. Well tonight is my Dad's birthday so I cant get on to 10-10:30, tomorrow I have football training with pub afterwards, Friday I'm going up to London to see Transformers, & Saturday think my mate is taking me to a lan party. Maybe Sunday if you cant do late tonight?

    + Attacks Properly slotted? Check. Maximum Damage and Decent Accuracy/Rech/EndRed
    + Nuke, Blasts, Blapps, End Drain, AoEs? Check. All properly % slotted.
    + No Aid Self? Nope, but it has plenty of control. Also has over 200% regen.
    + Knockback protection? Check, Mag 8. Also has some Mez resistance.
    + Good Set bonuses? Accuracy and Recharge. Check.

    Is it what I'd roll? Nope, but it's effective.

    Two ranged holds, three AoEs, two ST blasts, 3 Blapps and the Nuke. Ability to fully end drain a mob quickly and keep it drained. Full Invisibility. Good +recovery. What it can't end drain it can blap or hold. Can function from range or up close. AoE or single target. Apart from a few uniques it's also fairly cheap to make.

    Elec/Elec also goes fairly well with LRM since you effectively have two ranged nukes (plus Ball Lightning) along with both Aim and Build up. You can also use one CaB + Power Sink after your nuke for a full end bar.

    I fail to see how this is a "worse build than the OP"... Heck if it had Aid Self, I'd play it!

    Try this instead. It's laid out quite like your original posted build, (I assume you were going for an AoE "blastroller" toon) but with the added bonus of actually being playable...

    A great tactic is making flurry miss which causes your opponent to laugh so hard you can pwn them

Ice's damage is much higher with a shorter activation time - bitter ice blast, ice blast and ice bolt can be fired off in 3.24 seconds whereas shout, scream and shriek takes 5.67 seconds to activation. Although if you are attacking the same target the stacked -res (-60% with shout, shriek, scream and screech) would increase the sonic's damage considerably making it more suitable for attacking non squishies. You also have to wait until lvl 18 to complete your attack chain in ice whereas you get shout at lvl 8 in sonic. Sonic blast also has the ranged stun which is better than the hold in ice because most people in pvp will have acrobatics and does further -res.
  16. One of my favourite toons I have ever played in both PvP and PvE is my ice/kinetics. Ice blast's biggest strength is its quick activating attack chain (ice bolt, ice blast, bitter ice blast) and with stacked siphon speed you can keep cycling these attacks giving you amazing Single Target Damage Per Second. The slows from ice also stack with siphon speed which is very nice especially in pvp. Ice blast is very end heavy but at lvl 35 your end problems are sorted through transference.

    Though very strong solo you benefit greatly from teams speed boost is a great buff which turns a brute into a god Although not its strong point ice has some decent AoEs, especially with fulcrum, in ice storm and blizzard the damage over time nature of these powers are great with corruptors as when your enemies get low on health scourge hits in, and theres nothing like blizzarding a freak mob and killing them twice

    Although Ice/Kin is strong in pvp its at its best in 1 on 1 situations meaning for most pvp you will need to be teamed, corruptor heavy teams are amazing one of the best 3 person teams possible is a kinetics corruptor with 2 thermals. Ice/Kin with double forge (+acc +damage buff from thermal) does blaster level damage with the awesome unresistable scourge.

    I'm sure someone will stand up for sonic/kin but I love my ice/kinetics
