Having watched the video I have to say that some people have waaaay too much time on their hands, which is a good thing, otherwise I'd have nothing to entertain myself with!
I wonder how they got all the cool angular camera sweeps? -

Hmm Defiant does seem a little quiet on the player front, and apart form my IRL friends who I RP with, no one seems to RP on Defiant, not that I have met many players on there yet. I guess time will tell, i'm here for the RP not how may IO's I can cram up my ****!
Though I do remember, in my first week I made an Elec/Elec Tanker (looks like a giant blue werewolf) some lady came up to me and said "Hewooo Doggy" to which I replied with /e roar and she ran off screaming LMAO! -

Not true. I've been around for a litle over a week now, and I find people on here to be nothing but hlepful, concise and open to expansion on the many, many FAQ's I have asked. Of course, I have Forum experience the net over and know to phrase and check my posts to prevent a roasting|!
And yeah, I have never seen such a buttsucker of a marketing dept. worse than CoX's!

Well reading this has not discouraged me to take Snipe. On an Empath/AR Defender, I feel another string(bullet) to my bow(gun) will help greatly.
My tactics lie somewhere between:
Kill 'em whilst they're not looking!
And...
Kill 'em if their close enough!
Seems to work fine?

When I log in I don't get half the names of servers everyone mentions here?
Defiant, Union and a couple others but that's it!
Why is that?

I notice whilst perusing the forums there are a number of abbreviations and other words that I simply do not understand. I am new to the game and i'm sure it will become apparent sooner or later, but I am just plain curiously confused now!
Example: Bridging, PL, Anchoring.. IO's, HO's etc.....
I have been looking for a while (and yes I have used the search tool) but cannot find the Abbreviations Guide I saw on here a week or so ago!
Can anyone post a link to it or help?
