Tried that, it says "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
I put NCsoft Launcher as an exception on my fire wall too, still nothing. I'm guessing it has something to do with my virus scanner blocking it but, I don't know how to unblock programs on that.

Double clicking, desktop shortcut, Windows, I tried to re-install the new NCsoft Launcher, after I did, I clicked "Run", yet again, nothing popped up. Firewall, Advanced System Care 4.

I forgot to mention that I got the City of heroes "Going Rogue" CD disk, the one where you put the CD in and it installs the game, but not knowing that I already had it installed. So it's re-downloading from the old city of heroes patcher and not the NCsoft Launcher.

As some of you may notice, this is my 3rd thread about errors and problems involving City of heroes in the past day. Seems like I just freakin' fail when it comes to this game.
So the problem NOW is when I click on the NCsoft Launcher shortcut, nothing shows up. It shows the cursor hourglass for about a second then, nothing happens. Nothing pops up, I don't see it in the task manager, uuuuuugh. :/ Any suggestions...?

No, it's not used it's new. And I'll check the quick reference sheet when I can find it.

I found no code on the Going Rogue case. I only found a CD, is there supposed to be a code? Because I bought the case at Gamestop, no game card.

Yes, but when I press "Play" a black window pops up and ANOTHER error pops up saying: ./piggs/bin.piggs: Bad flag on file - not a pig file -1

Seems like when it comes to City of heroes, there can be many errors. :/

I got the "Going Rogue" expansion, the one where you have to put in a CD and install it. So when it does the new patch (on the old patcher, not the new one), an error pops up after around 10 minutes saying: failed to rename C:\Progam Files\City of Heroes/tempfile to C:\Progam Files\City of Heroes/piggs/bin.pigg THEN it restarts the download and says the exact same error.

Any suggestions? I don't want to be paying around $15 a month for an error.

I will probably make another thread about it to get some answers.

So, when I enter the log in for City of heroes, the music and sound are playing fine. But as soon as I start to type in my password, a message comes up saying: ./piggs/sound2.pigg Corrupt Pig file dected.
Read failed for file: sound/Ogg/FrontEnd/Type2.ogg

And I did re-run the patcher, but the same error came up. So when I close out the box and enter the game, there's no sound. Any idea WTF is going on?
