Thanks. I wondered about that, but put them in because they were available in Mids. I'll re-do the final levels using either PPP or just grabbing some additional pool powers.

I included both because this build is to be used for leveling. I'll probably drop CT:O at 24 when I respec, but I do solo quite a bit, so I may leave it in.

Good point. I'll drop it and maybe move Swipe into that slot. Or I may use just add that slot to the level 41 & 44 slots that I get back since I can't access Energy Mastery and use them all for power pool picks. -
Just coming back to the game after about a year off and was delighted to see that you can now start a VEAT without getting a villain to 50. I've started a Widow with the intent to go the NW route, and have been looking through the threads here and came up with the build below. This is the build I plan to use while leveling, not necessarily the 50+ build, which is why I'm not worried about sets at this point.

Mids now shows the following stats:
Regen: 821%
Max. HP: 2958
S/L Def: 22.7%
S/L Res: 68.4%
These are reasonable defense numbers and means that I regen more than 101 HP/sec, which I think should almost exactly cancel the damage from a Yellow Mito (~500/5 sec). I'm sure that there are still areas that can be tweaked, but I doubt that I will find them, so as always, I welcome any suggestions. -

According to Mid's, this gives me 765% regen (92.9 HP/sec) and 2907 HP total.
I'm open to almost any change, but in the end the build still needs to be viable for PvE outside of Hami as well. I am already considering dropping Conserve Power for Recall Friend, if that helps.

First of all: Scrapulous - Great Guide!
Now we just need to get it moved or cross-posted to the Player Guides section and maybe the Tanker forum as well. I realize that this guide can (and should be by the reader) be generalized to an over-view of how IO's and sets can help all toons, but this is also an excellent Fire Tanker guide in its own right.
