Justin Augustine Task Force - The Chantry

You can start at other times earlier or later than 4 PM if needed. The time can change if enough players ask for a later (or earlier) start time. But make sure everyone knows about it!
Given the relative brevity of this TF - 2 hours average nowadays - people can run this multiple times! Bwhahahahahaha! >:-)

All Eight Spots need to be filled to ensure the Task Force can start!

Many thanks to @Stone Jaguar, @Raymaiha, @Symar, @RespendentMs, @Slackers Twin, and one of the PHIREs (PHIRE's second computer went Rogue, attacked China with a monster hack, we are probably at war in the next 15 minutes), with additional thanks to @ReDorothy for filling the eighth spot.
ran the 3rd Sara Moore of the day for my missing toon, after Witty's run.....

Today is the official Sara Moore TF day :P
  4. heh, i got some good vocal heritage from both my parents who are respective vocalists in their own right. Though they perform in christian and folk stuff, i like rock & metal. One of my sisters is working on her own professional career in the christian genre, and my older brother has his own legitimate rockband in NY. He's always had his own rockband since jr. high i think....

JardSoul - Rob Keoni Boyer, lead singer (and he is NOT 5'9 - we're both 5'7" lol)
    http://www.jardsoul.com/Jardsoul/Videos.html

Fine arts prodigy, he wasnt able to break into Broadway - they must not have many chinese/hawaiian "monk" roles lol. He's been going thru some vocal changes & now in a more natural sound than trying to sound like Scott Stapp of Creed....
  5. yeah.... its ALL about debuff stacking, when it comes to rolling AV's

actually spent some time making this video! Plz Enjoy

this was actually just a pug on champion server thru the BMT channel...
Carnal was rolling thru a bunch of TFs the whole night, picking up whoever wanted to join. Finally got into this action on an STF. Not sure about the prior groups, but i had played w/ a couple of the teammates before and consider some of them top elites. Carnal, Demo, & Tony are very strong players. Well, our tanker was pretty rusty self-admittedly lol. First time ive been in a team where we rushed all 4 AV's lol - that was pretty epic for me....

we were so amped up from the action and success that we elected to do a speed Khan TF run and get Masters if it happens. We did in 51min lol

Actually put in some time in making this video!

Just did this last night. Carnal was running a series of TFs all last night and i finally landed a couple spots on the Statesman TF. Was a bit nervous and hadnt done that for almost a year i think. Turned out to be a powerful cast of players! The action was very fast and INTENSE

    Characters -
    Carnal
    Demobot Mark III
    Librus
    Eskreema
    Mr. Huge
    Tonys Emasculator
    my twin defs

We were kind of blowing thru AV's pretty fast and i could barely keep up with the insane pace. First time ive been in a team where we rushed all 4 AV's lol. And we wouldnt be considered as an "optimal" group AT-wise. But we were fairly balanced, very experienced players, and most of us were tweaked out...

Ran FRAPS literally thru the entire playing session so i got ALOT of good footage. Did it in 1hr 3min. We were so psyched that the entire team migrated into a MKTF run next, with the hopes of getting "Masters". We did that in about 53min i think, and though a few near deaths due to Tony being ambitious as ever we did get Masters, in a technical sense. Ran FRAPS during this run also and maxed out my HD lol - think i had about 100G of video...
  9. he LIVES at the bar!

great event NATOR! Hopefully more is to come in the future and others inspired to do the same and gather Champion players together...
  10. just wanted to bump this and give an appreciative CG to Nator for hosting such a fun & great event everyone enjoyed! Got there a little late due to work but ALMOST won a couple of those questions.... so close!

But great job and hope you and others can continue to host events and gather Champion players together...

Okay if we got a Stoner coming, a Kinetics with Speed Boost would be real nice to have.

hopefully i can get their in time for the CC, if not oh well. Stuck w/ some BS mandatory work training that day till 730pm, AK time. At least its an extra 8hrs of OT. Whatever the case, should be popping in afterwards...

Especially if the damage it does counts toward drop percent.
i tested that with another "proc"ing power and it worked, so i assume WoC would work too...

some recordings i did during this TF. Ended up being a bit over 5hrs in length - ughh. We had a fire tank who we kept losing due to connection issues. He stopped logging about 1/2 way thru. Rularuu is nasty and tough, especially those eye creatures who seem to blast you with some serious -Defense powers.

Latter half was a bunch of boss hunts/blinky finding, so most everyone was stealthing & splitting up, which also meant alot of splatting lol. Worked out fine with me since the twins operate independently very well, and i didnt have to spam buff everyone, in my usual teaming efforts....

You are not supposed to delete it. (ruins the fun)

Passing it during combat is the best.
    lol

kind of forgot to record alot of the previous missions & just remembered towards the last ones.... hey, i only got 4hrs of sleep because of the latenight Lingerie Football league on MTV2! Oddly, the times i recorded were in the same room, in different missions...
yes - the missions were REPETITIVE....
Witty Librarian was kind enough to wait for my late arsenic (did set 2 alarms and 1 finally woke me up 10min late). The original signees were -

    Witty
    Phlre
    Phir3
    Battling Beastman
    helped w/ some joiners
    ReDorthy
    Stormfront
    Magenta Phoenix
    "something" Burning (fire tank)

we did alright and got thru, though a squishy bunch. The Rularuu was having their day. Our fire tank seemed to have continuous connection issues, and i guess about 1/2 way he was no longer re-logging in lol. But we appreciate all the help he gave us.
At this point, we split mostly in 2 groups, and then into stealthing multiple groups, trying to expedite the blinky finding process. Alot of squishing at this point haha. Well, there was quite a bit squishing prior but....

In the end, we gathered together and steamrolled thru the last mission. Somehow, we got split again, i went 1 way w/ another while the rest of the team ran into the "Jail room". Unfortunately, that could also be called the "Room of Hell". Was recalled back to reinforce and i think most got wiped there. Not sure what the hell was all going on at the entrance of the room, but barely was able to back out some into the tunnel to seek tactical shelter lol. Super epic fighting sequences wish i remembered to record, but forgot.

After that, it was basically a clean up effort in the mission and got to the last group. Unbeknownst to us, Witty just D/C'd out and we just completed the TF! He ended up missing out the 122 merit rewards - hopefully that can be resolved....
    TF completed by 5hrs 12min i believe

Oh, and who played the Fire Tanker? lost track of him...
It was something like "Burning" something rather
  19. Here's a video of Pat Strife unknowingly playing the victim for this training aid video....
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3RP0Yt4QQY

Ninja Drop (definition) - to flood a teammate or rival w/ excess or unwanted resources, in order to freeze up/max his holding capacity while opening yours. This is to possibly sabotage teammate/rival looting ability while increasing yours.

    Methods -
*stealth/when player is AFK, hopefully (see video for more details)
    *non-chalantly/accidental
*claim it is good loot/being charitable
*in middle of intense combat & victim unable to respond to tactic

    Counter-Measures -
*"Do Not accept gifts" option provides a firewall to malevolent activity
*Discreetly slip back resources to teammate
*explain/acknowledge it was an accident or drop, and give back to rightful owner
*keep your distance from any players you do not trust!
  20. cool, was looking for this yesterday......

think a bit too much work for meh - will wait for Mid's update on their programming when i19 actually hits...
