  1. Need more attention for the non PVP crowd, too. As it stands, outside of a mission computer there doesn't appear to be much use for bases. Considering the outrageous prestige costs for things and then the extremly limited usefulness... bases are disappointing, at best.

What I'd want is more non PvP functionaltiy (med bays and teleporters that are an advantage over things not in the base) and cheapr prices. Perhaps the higher prices are a PvP balance? Keep them if that's the case. Or perhaps offer a second non-PvP base type with cheaper prices (after all, there's no competition issues there).

    YMMV

Q3: How do I earn Prestige?
A3: You earn Prestige by playing in Supergroup Mode. You can turn Supergroup Mode on by opening the 'SG' tab and clicking 'Enter Supergroup Mode'. At low levels, you earn Prestige and Influence in equal amounts. However, the closer you get to level 35, the less influence you earn, until after level 35, you earn NO influence for playing in Supergroup mode. The amount of Prestige earned per enemy/per mission does not increase by level like influence does.

Any indication at what points the diminished influence start and what benchmarks are set? EG: lvl 25 = 10% loss, lvl 30 = 50% loss or anything like that? I can sense a lack of SG moded higher mid lvl characters.

Ok, so we were told that we would be getting bases when CoH came out, and all these great things would be coming.

Being that I was here from the beginning, I can promise you that bases were NEVER promised. NEVER. It wasn't on the box, on the website or in any promo material. The most we ever said was - "someday we'd like to do bases."

What about the SG Vaults you once mentioned as a possibility in the meantime? A place for SGs to vault enhancements and such. I believe you mentioned access from City Hall, at the time. There were boards before these that, afaik, can't be searched that lead up to the launch of COH, too.

Obviously, Cryptic knows CoV isn't a slam dunk and a lot of CoH players aren't interested. So they have to withhold features from players that aren't buying CoV to try to get them to shell out the cash (and possibly a higher subscription fee).

So far, I'm not buying CoV. What does CoV offer the CoH player who isn't interested in PvP? Just bases? What use are bases to a CoH player not interested in PvP since we won't be interested in the Crash Bandicoot power crystal raids?

Because you're in the wrong channel for monster sightings...try Freedom Monster and you should have some better luck.

Exactly. In only 3 weeks, I have gotten Kraken, Jurassik, Adamaster, Pumpkin King, Jack in Irons and the Kronos Titan.

I believe "Territorial" is the new name for the Bridge badge in PP.

    [/ QUOTE ]

My in-game list has the old one, it seems. I'll have to check again, I may have missed it. Or do you go back and get a "new" one with the new name?

Also explains why I couldn't find info, I was spelling it wrong thinking it was some sort of "earth" thing trying to be clever with the name.
  6. Text for the Privateer badge (for updating the cool lists):

"You have put a huge dent into the pocketbooks of the Sky Raiders by destroying their most expensive equipment, the Sky Skiffs."

Got this one in the TV respec trial on the first day of ish #2 (what a nightmare that was lol).

Anyone know what that "Terratorial" one is I've seen a few times?
  7. The Kneel emote is the one you may see Tsoo inkmen doing.

    It's, uh, "japanese sitting"
