    You have to be on the ground to use Burn.

    Would someone be able to tell me the base defense values for Invincibility and Tough Hide, and if these powers cover positional defense or just the Typed defense minus Psionics?

    Maybe you can clarify. I'm level 50, and I only have a total of 97 slots instead of 98.

    From what I've tracked, most of my characters receive a total of 98 slots which covers 32 powers (this includes inherent powers).

    The Swap Ammo power doesn't accept any enhancements. And therefore is not alloted an enhancement slot.

    This gives me 97 total slots instead of 98 total slots.

    That 1 (missing) slot could be used to provide a set bonus.

    I sent in a petition and their response was that I should consult you all on the message boards.

    So, I'm posting this as a complaint / question - why shortchange the Dual Pistols powerset?

    I have a full set of Red Fortune slotted in Weave. The defense buff percentages are supposed to be as follows:
    Def/End 15.9
    Def/Rech 15.9
    Def/End/Rech 12.8
    Def 25.5

    I believe that totals to 70.1 - however I'm being shown in game that buff percentage total is 57.5.

    Is this the effect of ED, and if so, why is it applied to Invention Sets? I can see it being applied to generics IO's and SO's etc. But the buff for sets appear to be scaled down already when other aspects are present.
