Well, the build posted by me is close(ish?) to finished (need to finish slotting about 7 powers) and no end problems really; and when I have them, they're from my two attacks with no IOs yet and conserve power fixes the problem. I see how doing anything below 50 is going to destroy me, but I'm planning for this build to be my "Level 50 missions/iTrials/TFs" then creating a cheaper build to run anything lower level enough to take away "Physical Perfection".
  2. Okay, so this is my Spines/Invul scrapper build I fixed up. Went for capped defenses with few in range without losing out on damage. Went with Agility for the defense/end. helper, and I have all the accolades. Give me your opinions on what I could change to improve in your opinion.

  4. Hello! I want to make a Spines/Invul scrapper build that is soft capped with one enemy in range, but I don't want to sacrifice my damage to do so. I'm willing to put a few billion influence in the build. Any help is appreciated!
