I do agree that you should have dealt with this person in a much more private fashion as this will just add more drama to the situation. Still, this issue bothered you enough to bring it to the forums.

This is a game. When one person (or more) stresses you out to the point that it carries over when you log out, then you need to address that. Ignore them, avoid them, and/or simply live and let live. When it stops being fun, it's time to move on or suss out the reasons it's not fun anymore and fix the issue.

SGs/VGs can be a lot of fun and very rewarding for everyone involved or they can be a big boiling pot of stress, drama, and misery. As the leader, you set that tone. Groups can only have one person who carries the ultimate decisions. As Al Swearengen said, "In life you have to do a lot of things you don't want to do. Many times, that's what life is... one vile task after another."

You can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs.

We've joined the channels mentioned here except for the Sat Mat channel. We're only allowed so many global channels so we're cycling through to see if this is indeed the right server for us.

Thanks for the offer, BB. I don't know about Virtue as we're not much on RP and we're trying to avoid the big servers but we're considering it.

My wife and I are in the process of moving most of our toon army to Justice after playing on Guardian for... far too long. We took a three year break from the game and recently decided to come back to CoX. During the Free Server offer, we bounced around, looking for a new home and found Justice to be an amazing place. We have to thank Minos Minnarel, PumBumbler, Snoofles, Philly, and countless others for welcoming us. We were told that Justice has the right kind of people and the right kind of players to suit our needs.

We've missed out on a lot during our CoX vacation, mostly badges. Most of what's missing just takes time on our part, but other things we're going to need some help with.

We have far more villains than heroes at this point, so what we need at the moment is Hero-related, specifically Master of Statesman, Kahn, ITF, and the Among Friends AE badge. Anyone want to help us out?

I think all of my Apathetical accounts are in the Guardian (although usually not assigned to a tab) and Level 50 channels but I hardly ever pay any attention to the chat activity. I'm getting better about paying more attention but it's not easy when I'm usually running 3 accounts at once.

I don't accept global friend requests anymore and I tend to be, for the most part, extremely anti-social. I am actually very friendly, it's just a very rare thing for me to accept a friend request.

Anybody and everybody is welcome to join. It really doesn't matter what your AT is. We're no pressure, have a good time, and a few laughs. What we really need is a good brute who can take the aggro, a non-AoE puller for the sleeping Heroes, and damage/debuffs. If you have an alt you want to tag along on a run, we're happy with that too. Auto another account toon if you want. We're pretty laid back and have zero attitude or ego.

We've been gone for three years and want to be more involved with the server this time around. We want to get back to what this game is supposed to be... fun.

I'm not too sure when the first run will happen just yet but I want it to be relaxed, no pressure, and FUN. We need to get the Guardian community together and help everyone remember that it won't kill you to help folks out.

The last mission is:

Statesman: "Curse you, villains! If you want a fight, you've found one! Zzzzzz... HEY! Where the hell did Brawler go...Zzzzz... HEY! Where the hell did Manticore go?"

Sleep them, pull them one at a time, enjoy the SHO.

My wife and I are thinking for starting regular runs of the RSF if anyone is interested in joining us. If we get a solid core of players, 4 would be ideal with the other four slots being wild cards, we'd consider doing it a couple times a week. After we get some solid players who know the RSF, we'll be open to doing a regular Master of run.

I'm not sure times and dates; we're just seeing who's open to trying a few runs with us until we get two other players for the core group. Here's what we have...

1. Me (Perma Dom Mind/Psi)
2. Wife (Healing Corr)
3. Ideally a solid brute for non-AOE pulling, taunting, and alphas
4. A Kin Corr
5. Open
6. Open
7. Open
8. Open

We can/have completed it with four players.

The first few runs would probably be trial and error until we get a feel for the other players. We'd prefer the other two core players to be folks who have ran it before. Once we have that down, we'll focus on speed and then Master of...

We're not interested in Elitist attitudes and want people who will listen and are team players. Leave your egos and attitudes at the door please. We're laid back, easy going people and would like the same.
