Actually I have been thinking for a while about a Dm/Inv but I have too many toons going on atm. It can be a good combo since Inv defense is not bad and can be decently increased.

Katana is BIG fun to play. When you will get your two major attacks, Soaring Dragon and Golden Dragonfly, you will absolutelty love it. Besides, the melee defense from Divine Avalanche stacked with you SR melee defense will boost your survivability.

I am afraid I have bad news. I have upgraded my old pottie with a new graphics card which I don't seem to be able to install, so when at home, I will need to try make it work before I can log. Not sure how long it will take and even if I will manage, since my mate the hardware handyman is nowhere to be located.

I guess that what Shannon means is to have a taunting SR scrapper with Confront from a distance having GW's undivided attention while the other 7 pound her from melee.
We use that tactic every Saturday successfully, but with a tank taunting and an empath stacking CM on the tank.
Anyway, this seems not to be happening or not happening in forums free sign up. -

I think I already have 4 slots on it, not sure where to allocate the remaining 3 (or 2 if I don't respec) though, maybe a Kismet +acc and/or another Karma KB Prot on Indomitable Will, that would make two and the third one in Stoney to fill the sixth slot in case there is any decent Pet Set. I was planning to leave this one for the last 3 slots from lvl 48 or 50. The main reason I put 6 slots on it is in case I find a good set or a good combination of two sets to allocate, depends on which sets give better bonuses, Pets or Immob (if any).
Btw, I just noticed it shows at which lvl I allocated the slot, disregard that information please since on planner, I just fill slots, then in game I try to assess where and when are most needed, so here is meaningless. -
That makes sense, I guess it is more a matter of trying different slotting and find out. Still haven't gone into immob/hold/pet sets very much, I will start thinking about them at higher levels.
Doctored Wounds is not such a hard set to find, I have 2 scrappers with a few IO's from that set, not cheap but not scandal price either, I think the most expensive recipe went for 2 mill or someting like that. -
This was my first Karsis Trial ever (I tried a couple times the hard way and there was always an idiot who quit beacuse "Super Group stuff"), but a mate of mine told me they did it in 8 min.

OK, this is the build I came with. I chose stealth because, well I had to choose something. A few slots can be shuffled (stone cages i.e.) but I'll see set bonuses first before deciding.

OK, already amended. I dropped Fallout and got Hasten instead (moved it at lvl 26 which will be my next power selection). As it is still at lvl 24, the enhancements are easy to change, the main thing were the right number of slots.
The main reason I allocated 2 stuns on Stoney was to have it 6 slotted for an eventual set and I did´'t know what else to slot there.
Will give a second thought about Leadership and moved Choking Cloud back to lvl 47, but probably will skip it.
Going to check a few option and will post the amended build.

I guess that is not an easy question to answer, since the effects of sets are to be looked at in the totality of the powers, you can get more defense from a melee set and more dmg from a damage resistance set.
Ideally, what you want to boost is almost everything, defense, recovery, regeneration, damage, accuracy and recharge reduction.
The sets I use on my SR scrappers usually are:
Numina's Convalescence Unique Io (+regen +recovery)
Miracle Unique (+recovery)
Luck of the Gambler (especially the rchg bonus one)
Red Fortune
Mako's Bite
Touch of Death
Scirocco's Dervish
Steadfast Protection Unique (+3% defense)
Multi-strike
On the other hand, these are probably the most expensive sets nowadays.-
Regarding regular IO's, I try to wait until lvl 32 (not always possible, but at least until very late 20's) to equip lvl 35 regular IO's, but if i get any unique such as Miracle or Numina, I equip them asap since the bonus is same regardless of lvl.-

Mmmm, some things may fit in there, I guess I can shave a couple slots on Quicksand (rchg is 30 secs and with 1 slow on base it lasts 45 secs) and get hasten instead of Fallout, plus a bit of slot shuffle.
I left other sets on purpose for higher lvls, for the time being, I just wanted a build to work towards.
You sure I need to 2 slot for Acc Stoney, EMP and LR? in Mid's Hero Designer shows 137.5% accuracy with 2 acc plus the Tactics ToHitBuff and 106% acc with just 1 acc IO (plus the Tactics buff).

I think it would be a must for any Claws/ scrapper, just not sure for a claws/da because of:
Dark Regeneration
Oppressive Gloom
Cloak of Fear
Death Shroud
To benefit both yourself and your team of these powers, you need to be in the middle of the mob, hence why a KB cone may not be the best idea for a regular attack chain, more like a "Panic" button which is what I was wondering.
I will definitely give it a try and see how it goes, then decide. -

I know you probably won't, but if you want some help lvling your scrapper, let me know. I assume you need 17 lvls to 50, I have another lvl 33 DM/SR and a lvl 30 DM/DA on Defiant to team if you want. -
I really, REALLY wish I could join, but my scrappers in range are on Defiant. Good luck with it anyway.
