are there any other websites we are able to buy the booster packs from besides the ncsoft site? i cant buy em on the official site, so i called customer support, they said that there payment system was somehow security tripped, and that they are not able to turn it off, they said i would be able to purchase (about 2 weeks ago) that i should wait 24 hours and try again, i told them that i have been waiting a week and still cant buy anything, they said, and i quote "well then im not sure whats going on"...wtf? so now i cant be bothered waiting out the crap ncsoft store, so if possible i would like to buy em somewhere else.
please, PLEASE tell me there is some online store i can buy em from : / -
coh updater brings up the error msg, "CohUpdater.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
is there any way to reolve this without reinstalling the whole game? :/ -
any other suggestions incase this does not work?

hey guys new player here, im trying to buy going rogue and some booster packs but everytime i try to pay i get the message "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners." why do i keep getting this? i have tried 2 credit cards and paypal none have worked, im on the us version on the game but i live in australia, does that have anything to do with it? im able to use my credit card to pay for other online games, anyone know what im doing wrong?
