Wait 48 hours (NCsoft has some draconian and seemingly random fraud protection policies). Don't attempt to buy anything in those 48 hours. After 48 hours, attempt again. If you still can't buy anything, contact support to get your billing cleared.
Alternately, if you want to pay for the toll charge and stay up so that you can call them on their time, you can call the billing/accounts department directly: Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM, Central Time Zone.

hey guys new player here, im trying to buy going rogue and some booster packs but everytime i try to pay i get the message "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners." why do i keep getting this? i have tried 2 credit cards and paypal none have worked, im on the us version on the game but i live in australia, does that have anything to do with it? im able to use my credit card to pay for other online games, anyone know what im doing wrong?
