Depending on whether you're a hero or villain, you can make merits by enforcing your current allignment. If you're a hero, do hero tips, and villain do villain. After you do 10 you can do your morality mission, which drops like a tip. You can only do 5 tips every 20 hours, therefore 50 merits OR 1 hero/villain merit every 40 hours. The first time you do your hero/villain morality you will get 50 merits, then once you do it again you just get the hero/villain merit. It is a VERY handy way of earning merits. I've made several billion inf and acquired some useful IO's using hero merits. If you would like to chat mroe about it, hit me up in game!

Also, sorry, a volcano erupted yesterday, TWICE. They're just not getting any breaks, really. It's on YouTube. There have been residual tremors and another tsunami hit. If anything else happens, Japan may as well be a rock full of mess and debris.

I didn't really look at the staff for blasters as a new animation for existing powers however. It could be a new blaster maybe, like magic or water, something to mix it up even more. Also, good point on the Valkyrie referance! Oh one more thing, Dual Pistols staff would be quite teh funny! lmao -
Yes it is indeed. The time has come where we, as a community, direly quench the Staff powerset! It could be a whole different look at a new primary, or secondary, for ANY archetype. Blast enemies from a distance for blasters, corruptors, dominators, and defenders. Use the staff as a melee weapon for all the melee archetypes. Use it to create defensive auras for protection. There's so many applications for the powerset! If anyone agrees, or disagrees, I insist for you to leave a reply letting the Devs know that we'd love it!

I'm currently running on a Toshiba Satellite C655 Laptop. I get really crappy FPS with the settings on I play it on. Could I get some recommendations of settings I could play on that would help me get better FPS. I've been toying with it myself but haven't gotten any noticable difference in the FPS.
