Yes, I re-read, edit and move things... and added the second quote after I saw the extra post. If you research my post history, you'll probably find that on most of them. There is nothing special about this situation. "informal invite" != a sent invitation. A conversation in rf2009 a few weeks ago led to a private tell sent in my direction. The person may not have even been a mod, but they told me they were in that channel and made it sound like if I was interested, that I could be too, but I stopped the person before it went any further and let them know i had NO interest in getting involved in the whole nonsense.
You may think it's a lie. That's fine. I have nothing to gain from lying and it makes no difference to me. I already have integrity and respect from anybody who matters anyway.
I know this person was/is in the channel. I know you are each good friends with this person. As for the Mod not knowing me, I've even teamed with you all and been in your TS room on more than one occasion... not that it matters either way. Just sayin. -

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who joined us on RF2010's launch weekend. There was lots of fun with dueling TF's, a series of Kill All LGTF's and we even stumbled onto a few Hami Raids.
Since there are members of the channel who would like to remain anonymous to prevent any political repercussions, I won't go into detail. I do have to give a few shout outs to the Green Ninja team and The two chicks who play dudes, who might really be dudes, it was fun having you aboard. I hope the channel members had a great time and I look forward to a fun (RF) 2010.
Can't wait until next week.

I guess you can keep an SG you aren't apart of in your sig, I mean its not like lyin' an' defacin' a popular SG can't be added to your pile of faults. -
So you won't promote the VG which was gracious enough to accept you into their ranks mentioning them in your sig all because you might be seen as catering to some forum poster? Way to show off that zeal and enthusiasm for your new VG. So among other things you're a leech as well. They must be proud to have a new recruit like you.
