i would have to respec and 4 slot health as i have 4 i/o's from the set. Is there a way to know that the power is active ?

I am a level 50 SD/DM tanker and slotted this in midnight grasp....did i screw up? How do i know if this proc is up and when does the 120 seconds start/finish?

Really, if I'm a veteran, then let me respec my veterans reward powers....If I can respec every damn power I have and every single slot why wont you let me get my sands of Mu ? I dont care let me do a TF for it....
