Once upon a time there was a company that bragged about free content to gaming magazines and websites now that same company had died in my eyes.
I'm done with packs ive boughten all but the wedding pack .. Mostly to show support and give something back to COH and help keep it alive a little longer.
After seeing this rediculous offering I dont know wether to "lol" @ the marketers/devs or to cry and prepare my departure.
The direction your going in usually marks the end for me, money grubbing is a sure sign of a company I want no part in.

After a few heavily involved beta runs of what is soon to come and what will later come...
The only two things that are going to set this game above and beyond ARE:
1. AE
2. Bases

I would be able to add fly- single slot <meaning slow fly>.

I once had a dream that we had a new base editor, one of the tools allowed you to "twist" objects. I was "twisting" all the blocky paths in my maze... it was incredible... Pity about the sheets.
Edit: everything about the base editor I saw in my dream was everything you could do in Lightwave Modeler. that includes a list of pre-loaded skins <no uploads> -

Unless I change my mind I'm planning on adding in Taunt, Temp Protection (for a mule spot), and more then likely Rise of the Phoenix to replace the three powers selections that the fitness pool took up. Learn the game, there are too many lowbies racing out to farm because it what the "cool kids" do.
The reason that farmers are good at what they do is because they know the game and can design their characters to be accomplished at what task they want to perform.
If you don't know the basics I would refuse to hand you a farm build.

But if it makes you guys feel any better, as a primarily PvEer, I'll agree that the new PvP system is fairly ridiculous. I'm not sure I'll ever understand the reasoning behind making PvP gameplay so utterly unlike PvE gameplay.
The last time <and it was the VERY last time> I went to bloody bay, I found that the jello monsters I was fighting were following PvE rules, yet I was bolted to the ground with PvP rules.
I simply couldn't win.
not sure if that has changed.
Oh well, moving on then...
edit: seriously mod12!? if you are going to be so critical about certain posts then here is what your next step should be:
you should play every archetype, use every power, every build, run every mission in every zone, from lvl 1-50. do your own math and play the game thoroughly because you need to see this game from the players point of view.
don't alienate the players.
