If it helps at all he is a Psychic from a planet somewhere in Orion's Belt where he is the only person in his galaxy with Super Powers. Just incase it helps (I really should have posted this all earlier but I was to caught up in winning)

Actually your coloring ability makes me jealous. The way you color your work REALLY sets it off. I'd say you have a fantastic template to make some awesome artwork.

But he could very well be turning in the middle of a run and doing a little speedster slide to make the turn. Only time will tell though.

Anyway, welcome to the art section of the CoH forums. Unlike the KoL art section people don't make drawings for ingame cash. There are a few free art threads floating around but you need to be quick on the draw to get in on them.

You may very well luck out with someone drawing one of your characters from this thread but I would suggest you search some of the free art threads and make a request there when their ques aren't so full.

But ya...you aren't really breaking a rule with this thread as, like I said, sometimes people just really like a character concept and draw it anyway.
