Let's see how much we can punch Cameron before he is knocked out.

It's a game me and my friends play. Cameron agrees to it, so don't worry.

"Who were the weapons meant for, young master? Rocket launchers, surface to air missiles, armor defeating munitions, land mines. Who would the shipping container belong to?" The voice chuckled. "Tell me about these terrorists..."
Harvey chuckled. His pretending to be a super-villain was pure genius, he thought to himself. It had been easy to find a disguise, and the fact that he was one of the terrorists made it even better.

    "Where are they?"

"Please, I don't know!" screamed the kid.

Typical. Every time you think you're getting somewhere in life, some little runt got in your way.

"Liar!" he roared. "You know everything but you are choosing not to talk. A few broken fingers might encourage you."

"I'm telling the truth, please, just don't kill me!"

Now there's an idea. Shame I have to keep up the act, or this kid will see through my disguise. Although a few knives in his face may be amusing.

And so he did. Swiftly drawing six knives from inside a pocket, he gave his wrist a light flick, and the kid was found dead on the floor.

"Easy and taking candy from a baby" said Harvey to himself. And now back to work. Time to blow up a building and let the Hellions take the credit for it.
Shame it was his accomplice's flat...
  10. Name: Jerome Suale
    AKA: Crakkul
    Age: 26
    Scrapper: Elec/regen/body

Jerome Suale was a French-Canadian Scientist, working at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. His assignment was to create antimatter generators, which had failed at Harvard, Yale, Oxford and Cambridge. The first amazing happening in Suale's life was the succesful creation of the antimatter generator. It was kept in the Institute, not intended to be released to the world. The word was put out that it was a failure, and that no-one else should attempt to create it. The leading scientists actually killed some scientists to make it seem dangerous.

The reality was that it was a success, and Jerome was awarded with the job of checking up on it everyday. Each day, as regular as clockwork, at the strick of the sixteenth minute past two o'clock in the afternoon, it was stop working, and would continue working at nineteen past. The reason was not found, but it just was. And so Jerome checked. Each day, every day.

However, on the 9th of January, 2004, the accident occurred. It was 14:20 by the clock on the wall of the generator room. And the generator was still not working. Jerome was worried, and was about to call the lead scientist, when the generator exploded, knocking out Jerome.

When he came to, the head scientist was standing over his body. He was in the "Red Room", what the students called the morgue at the Institute.

    "Where am I?"

That was the first thing Jerome said. He regretted it immediately, as it was too cliche.

"The Red Room. You took quite a hit there, I'm surprised you survived it."

    That was the lead scientist.

"We moved you in here because the students were talking too much. Better just to say your dead. Oh yeah, you're fired."

That was the last sentence Jerome heard leave the lead scientist's lips. Distraught he cried out. A jolt of electricity blasted out of his body and struck the lead's chest, killing him instantly.

Jerome was ****ing himself now. He had been fired for God knows why, and he had killed the lead scientist somehow. He had to get out. The huge glass window was asking for it.

He ran without thinking twice. No one could blame him, he was in deep ****. The window broke instantly beneath his weight, and he found himself falling, thinking "In retrospect, I probably shouldn't have done that." He had just enough time to say that, before blacking out. Again.

When he came to this time, there was no one and a load of glass around. There was blood too, about a pint, but there was no sign of a cut on his body. He stood up and ran, never looking back.

Jerome Suale took up a new life in Paragon City, where he found help among the heroes of Atlas Park. Now working as a city official, he has given up on Technology and Science, but the haven't given up on him. The Freakshow took an immediate interest in him, and attempted to capture him. He fought them off, and eventually had to take up the handle of Crakkul so that he could dispatch of them quietly without arousing suspicion.

He can often be found in Atlas Park's city hall, and once had to fight himself in Recluse's Victory. He came out victorious and returned, but which one it is, no one knows...

While many people may not have the fortitude to stand against the tide, that doesn't mean nobody will.
As you say, you can't really blame anything on anything else that happens because of an obscure connection. If that were the case a load of people would be wandering around pointing fingers at each other. I mean, if that was happening the world would be seriously ****ed up, and I would probably commit suicide finally. And I'm sixteen.

Each and every person should try and take a portion of the blame, whatever it is. That way, nobody is left out and everybody is. Once that world is here, wake me up from my CoH induced dreams and nightmares.
  12. It was the hottest day in Croatoa that Greg could remember. He was a lanky kid, as his father had always said, and had too much time on his hands. He was always sitting in front of the computer, playing on an MMORPG named Herotown, in which you could create a hero and stop crimes and stuff. It was inspired by the many heroes in Paragon, but not enough ever turned up in Croatoa, so Greg thought that he had to make up for it on his laptop.

Greg sat up, his character, Crakkul, had just hit level 50, the highest possible. He had created him only a few days before, and had finished already. He logged off, turned off his laptop and got out from under the covers.

It was a dark day, but Greg was happy. All the others in his course has left, glad to finally get transferred to Steel Canyon University, so only Greg remained. Philosophy was his passion, his love and life, other than his life on Herotown, and spent around six hours a day researching into it. his idol was Socrates, and wished he could be be a mix between Socrates and Crakkul, a man with an amazing mind and electric powers. But it was not likely to happen, even in Paragon. This was Croatoa. A lot of crazy **** went down, but not that kind.

But today was to be different...
  13. From what I have heard, Rad and Dark tie in really well. Also, by my own experience, Rad/Rad has great debuffs, as well as uber buffs for yourself and your teammates if you are often in teams. But it's your call. Make sure you use something you will enjoy and can both easily solo and team.
  14. I've currently got a Sonic/Cold guy at the moment, just hit lvl 17. Not a high lvl, sure, but he's doing brilliantly solo. Just ignore all the team stuff from Cold and slot a few slows on the stuff you do take, and the foes will get barely any hits in.
