I think they'll be taking that reputation thingy offline, in the meantime, you can make it not show up. I did, so like if you gave me a reputation doohickey (for example), I don't think anyone would see it.

You can't compare any other MMO to World of Warcraft. WoW is an entirely different beast. Blizzard already had hardcore gamers in their pocket with Diablo and the Starcraft/Warcraft RTS games. Their fanbase was in the millions before WoW even went into beta - not to mention they own Asia.

No amount of advertising is going to get CoX even remotely close to WoW's subscription count, even if you just count the U.S. To match or even outdo WoW, an MMO has to set out to do it from the start - ala the currently in production Warhammer 40K MMO.

CoX is a niche game and there's nothing wrong with that. It has it's own space and for the most part keeps it's subscriptions at a steady level. It could be doing a lot worse.

Honestly, the OP should be more concerned with the competition around the corner (Champions Online) and the competition on the horizon (DC Universe Online and the in-production Marvel Universe). The superhero MMO space is about to become very crowded.

I tried to look at the one in Talos (Liberty server) last night and alll the information was gone, same thing today. I've been afk off and on for like the last 2 months, but I can't find any information on the forums that indicates this is a known issue. Is it?

I had one show up within ten minutes, while he was a little off with the English, he couldn't seem to comprehend that it was my ACCOUNT's snaptooth mish, and I had logged in another acct to clear it (I was unaware of the bug til this happened), but I finally got it thru to him, logged on the original toon, he cleared it and all 3 of the toons got the goodies.

The last 3 GM experiences I've had were pretty good (two fixed a renaming for me over the email), and this one. Honestly though all the other ones before these most recent ones sucked.

Be nice though if we actually had this in the patch notes (if its a fix, it should be). If its a bug that was fixed - it should be. And since I don't think spawning missions counts as an exploit, it still should be.....
