great upper body workout kneading that dough. Seriously. I break a sweat doing it.

I sometimes don't but somedays I just have much to do and I toss it in there, but I bake it in the oven usually cause the bread machine makes it go all funny and its hard to cut cause of the shape lol.

My dad is a hunter we ate alot of moose, deer, rabbit and other meats growing up YUM!
We lived by lake huron and lake erie too, I used to love fish til we went fishing one day and my aunt's dad didn't clean the fish right and I spent most of my dinner fishing though the bones. It totally sucked, i was 14 at the time. I never had fish that bad before.

I read and heard on the Doctor's tv show that salmon is bad accually they feed those fish red dye pills to give em there color, and red dyes is one that causes alot of problems like ADD and stuff in kids.... if I remember right blue number'd dyes, red and yellow all cause ADD and ADHD and other problems... stay away from them!
[/ QUOTE ]
FARMED Salmon is nasty crap that is fed that kind of stuff.
I only get wild caught Pacific salmon to eat.
[/ QUOTE ]
Tuna from a can and crab in my baked crab rangoon is the only sea food ill touch, hubby keeps getting on me to eat more of it cause when i get prego it helps with babys brain development, ive already been prepping my body for when its time, they say a year or so before you plan on getting prego to take Folic Acid at least 400mcgs a day which I already do with my one a day women's vitiman.
Used to love shrimp until I had to clean it for a week at a high classy restraunt I worked at when I was 18 for like a week... yeah I didn't know the part of the shrimp we eat was its ........ ewwwww !!! Backend! >_< So since then I have not touched shrimp, I was surprised I ate the crab in the rangoon I made cause in the restraunts you can't taste it cause there is like none in there lol the one i made wasn't even fishy you couldn't really tell.
Anyways I been working out and running around doing housework, I hear my shower calling -
