  3. Ya I quit smoking 9 years ago, I hate the smell of smoke now it makes me gag, Hubby quit smoking too been down to 4 peices of the nicotine gum a day which is awesome

    Just the first couple years after I quit it was chips and other junk food to control the cravings and boom 100lbs later... then I just had no energy to take it off, mainly cause my ex bf at the time too I was with was a lazy _______! and didn't wanna go out or do anything and everytime I did Id walk walk walk but it wouldn't do anything for me cause i was still eating fast food and junk food, I realize that now that i look back

    I just hate getting stuck on plateau's every week like another now which is annoying! My doc said my weight loss would slow down and I hate it but i noticed my arms been getting bigger and less jiggy lol. I been doing Bob Harper's Bootcamp it's alot of toning with weights and bursts of cardio and omg burning and dripping lol.

    I think my muscle mass might be going up and fat going down, Ill have to see what the doc says when I go see her next. I know it was last time but maybe more this time I can hope!

    If I am not mistaken I think for every 3500 cals burned = 1lb
    I wish I knew how many cals I was burning on these dvds it would help so much!

    Every now and then you have to cheat just a bit. It keeps you sane and it helps keeps the cravings more under control. As long as you keep to your program the rest of the time, you're good.

    27lbs down in 11 weeks go me!
    Time to get this quitting smoking weight off for good and go back to my fit self I was in highschool but not that small cause I was 110lbs in highschool

    Food Diary - June 16th 2009

    Breakfast:
    1 glass of green tea, small handful of green grapes (Before my workout so its okay!)

    Activity: Bob Harper's Bootcamp levels 1 and 2, housework - dishes & laundry

    Lunch: Green tea, 1.5 peices of BBQ'd chicken & ceaser salad with fresh parm cheese

    Supper: Slice of cinnamon raisin bread. Not sure how many carbs it had but I am sure it made the limit and more green tea

    Snack: None

    Total Carbs for the day: Looks like 20ish
    Current weight: 223

    Goal Weight: 145lbs, 78lbs to go!!!!

    So far in 11 weeks I have lost 27lbs and 12inches total ..... and I seriously really hope my body isn't teasing me cause I don't want to be on a plateau again!!

    My first car, that I drove to high school in the early 90s, was a 1978 Mercury Grand Marquis and it had a functioning 8 track player. It was later given to one of my uncles who turned it into a shrimp boat (the car, not the 8 track player.) I've always assumed he did this by simply attaching some nets to it, since it was already fairly boat-like.

    The answer is, cause some of the people over in Justice are getting all cocky about the number of viewers their section has right now, and I'm proving a point that maybe that has more to do with a link to their section through the dev digest than how awesome Justice is. Don't get me wrong...Justice is awesome. But all the servers are awesome in their own way.

    Today's Challenge is gonna be a FAT BURNER...I want 1 minute alternating lunges, 1 minute run & 1 minute of pushups. Beginners do this 5-7 times and advanced 10-12 times...burn baby burn..xox

    Supper: Red Snapper - Spicy Korean dish took out the carrots and subbed broccoli, hot pepper paste, garlic, mushrooms, onion and zucchini..... didn't eat the rice. Not sure how many carbs it had but I am sure it made the limit

    Snack: None

    Total Carbs for the day: Looks like 20ish
    Current weight: 223

    Goal Weight: 145lbs, 78lbs to go!!!!

    So far in 11 weeks I have lost 27lbs and 12inches total ..... and I seriously really hope my body isn't teasing me cause I really want off this plateau!!


    I want to be 215 or less by the end of July!

    I been doing good today on the diet... trying not to eat much nibbles here and there maybe 2 carbs total already today from my bbq sauce on the bbq chicken leftovers i had for lunch, going out with the girls tonight to Red Snapper, I know thats gonna be alot of food, studying the menu right now to see what I can eat I know there will be leftovers

  22. I hate cell phones, they are annoying expecally when you get people that can't dettach the stupid thing from there ear while driving, I leave my phone at home so when I am out some where people can't bug me

    I had one cell phone, busted it into a million peices after a few months, I didn't want it anymore caused to many problems
