  6. Found THIS! I am so gonna be printing off recipes this afternoon, found some chocolate ice cream that has like 4 carbs per serving and other stuff and there is like no sugar in it really.

    I seen alot of recipes I wanna try though!

    No challenge from Bob yet, seems like BL8 taping is taking up alot of his time

    For awhile I was eating nothing but Tuna from the can and drinking just triple-filtered water.

    I was allowed to season the tuna with Hot Sauce and ate the hell outta the tuna for about 3 weeks.

    (I finally got sick of tuna and hot sauce and gained 30 pounds back)

  19. Was doing good all day til hubby wanted the baked crab rangoon again tonight for dinner...... ate some of that... I had maybe 10 carbs total all day then smack me with the rangoon

    Make up for it tomorrow morning I am sure...

    I been moving stuff and cleaning ALL DAY til 4pm and my workout on top of it and bringing over 100lb bins downstairs of stuff I packed we are not gonna use again til we move.

    I have a 35 gal bin of bath and body works and another one, I have almost 60 shower gels, man i bought alot when I worked there That's not inculding candles and burning oils and room sprays and alot more lol

Also, I want you to go to your gym today and take a group fitness class, any one you want, just get in there and try something new.

    My father in law used to keep his in his back pocket and I used to get these weird phone calls...

    Now I buy him shirts with the pocket in the front so he can keep his phone in there
