If it was..WHY would everyone ever leave Beta? Oh, you can get free everything there! Sweet, screw this Live server stuff, I am staying here. Doesn't seem very realistic. Not too mention people wanting to team with friends, as well as just playing new sets in pug teams etc.
What's that you say..take your friends to Beta? Yeah..good luck. I tried asking 4 friends to come there..so far...none have. Naturally people might have better luck with their friends, but given how empty Betta has been..not likely.
And again..people should not HAVE to go to Beta. It is hardly a big effort, but it is still annoying, especially in situations like the OP talks about. He WANTS to play StJ! He can't buy it. Due to the fact you cant buy anything, cause I am sure at least a few people would totally buy new sets etc, just to try them out on Live.
All comes back to..they are NOT making any money at all for there 3 months. (new money that is, discounting people who paid for a lot of time, and are getting shafted) Does it really hurt anyone at all to unlock a few powersets for everyone on Live? -
I said this in a thread a few days back, my views on how the game should have ended.
Someone, cant recall his name now, put forth some good counter arguments..the one I most can agree with being that unlocking everything would really though the game into chaos and totally ruin characters IF it got saved. Or even simply to 'know' what you earned.
Granted, I was saying unlock the ENTIRE store, Ios, costumes etc etc..and I can see how everyone having access to 'free purples/attuned sets /etc etc would be bad.
But..like you say..people have toons WITH purchased powersets and IOs, and now cant use them. Not to mention how awful it is that you have NO way at all the play those new sets. (Other than beta, but I don't think that is a very good argument for them not unlocking stuff).
I agree with you..unlock all the powersets and ATs for everyone, make everyone a psudo VIP. Does it really matter? 3 months of everything. If the game is saved, super. Knock the free and preem players back to whatever they were before, lock those powersets and ats they did not have access to. I see that as a good incentive to buy said sets.
Seeing as they are running this time without any profit..they do not lose any, by letting people play stuff the devs were paid to design. -
I hope so! I was not trying to claim credit for the basic set, or simple draw attention to it to pick it apart and bash the designer.
Just wanted us to have an idea (according to myself) of how it could have been. -

I did say the set, and this post, was just based on what was on the WIki. I never claimed to have found the info and posted it there. Or have found it on Beta. Or if it was even on Beta.
Also, it is pretty obvious, at least to me, that the info was..as you say..Placeholder, a very ROUGH idea you guys had of how the set might come about...which again..I did say.
As for criticizing this 'content'...well. I am trying to think of a way to say this without seeming like an ***. But.
WHY does it matter? really? It isnt content..its a pile of text that (as I just tested, is NOT linkeable on Beta. So technically..it isn't even placeholding there. I have no idea ta all where the info came from, and if by linking it, and expanding on it, I somehow crossed a line, I am truly sorry.
But be serious...we are all rooting for the game to keep going. If it does, super! If not, again, why would having a discussion about some potential powers, that aren't even in the game, that would almost certainly be changed..matter?
The boards are full of people saying bad things about exisiting powers in the game right now..ones that, being IN game, you guys must have signed off on. Yet..they still make us scratch our heads sometime. If we can do that, without offending you guys (which I'd say is NOT the intention in 99% of those cases..unless the case is Energy Transfer..the dev responsible for that should be horsewhipped)...why would a few ideas based on such a rough draft...matter?
Again, I am really sorry if this stepped on any toes and stuff. I was just excited at the prospect of the set, and felt it sounded promising enough (hardly being a critic) to deserve the small and ultimately pointless amount of extra attention I can give it. -

We can't. So Shear and TG get left as they are. And overlap exists, in the same way that you get combos with holds in both, or heals, or whatever. I'd argue Shear sounds far superior to Hurricane..atm. Unless the -tohit was tiny (O have a feeling it would be), the added -dam and -speed would be FAR better than -range (not that great) and the repel, that can reaaally annoy people. Also, thundergust, being just knockdown, would be your main pressure builder, and damage source, as well as good mitigation. I dont think many people would skip it either.
Also agree about the possibilty of 2 -tohit auras busting the game. Another argument that Shear would have been only say..10%, enhanced. As opposed to 40ish in Hurricane.
Not saying those powers would have HAD to stay of course. Your convection cell sounds interesting..but how would repel mesh with KU? They fly in the air then backwards? It would be a lil to much like bonfire without the -KB proc..and just as hated.
I like your vortex idea for immobs, and an 'air ghost widow' (sponsored by Nike) for the hold..gives me more ideas. Those animations were just as I saw the powers..who knows what cool stuff they would have done?
As for the names..a friend was saying she would have made a Nyte Wynd, to match her naming conventions. I mentioned it made me think of Midnight flatulence. -

I popped a line of reds to Damage Cap myself, 400 for a blaster.
The used Unrelenting....125% damage!
Obviously it is a bit pointess since..capped anyway. Going to get to 300 via reds again, and see if I can get UnR to cap me out for there.
Hmm. Going for 311% via reds..using Unr..it only went to 49%. Which..doesnt add up.
311+49 = 360? yet..I was capped at 400?
Ok, I give up. NO idea wtf the power is doing..but it seems to be awesome! -

Ok..Amplifiers are gone away now. Lets see what it does, using it now, with just teh 8% +dam from my IOs.

Going to try it after I pop 2 normal small reds, not dual ones.
Used 2 smalls. 42% dam now! The smalls are 25% each..the gap from 27 to 42 is 15%..half a small rounded up? Going to pop 2 large (50% each)..see what happens.
Also 52% rech. Hmm..is it scaling with my lvl? It was 48 previously.
With 2 large red, 100% dam, UnR is..53.2%!
Going to go 4 four big ones. +200 dam...
UnR..79.50%! Waaah. So it is scaling with out other sources of +damage. I have NO idea what the +rech is doing though..it was back down to 42% this time, from 52 earlier.
Going to damage cap myself and see if I can make it explode. Hmm..wait..if I damage cap myself, UnR wont be doing anything. lol. Oh well..least I can see what it would do. -
Boat in GV??!
I think this is new. Or I have been totally blind. I know theres some new lil tug boats by the gv docks..but I have never seen this big Tanker. It is out just beyond the rsf-Submarine. -
Slotted Unrelenting a bit more. A bit confusing with the enhancement screen info not really matching up with CombatAtts.
Still at +30% damage, not sure why it shows higher sometimes when right clicking the icon in my buff bar.
Rech is now at +48%! Nice.
Healing for 65 a tic.

Used it again in a mission (before I was in a zone). I am used dual large Inspirations too, but watching combat atts to see what is what. For some reason, using UnR now, is giving a SIXTY% damage buff! Very nice..but I dont know why.
Wow, ok. Used it again..+72% damage. Hmm
Perhap it gives more +dam depends on how MUCh +damage you have, at the time? I popped more reds before using it just now..might be changing it.
Going to have to try it on a toon without the Offence Amp on. -
Well, sorta of. Kinda. Somewhat.
I am sure many people have seen the power info for Wind, on the wiki site (http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/Wind_Control) and it does indeed look awesome. And very sad that we will never get it.
However, in my capacity as MS WordPad game dev and power set maker..I thought that I would produce some more detailed descriptions and info. I will be changing and adding to powers a bit, but mostly..it is how I would want the set to have appeared.
Just some thoughts on the info itself..ALL smashing damage. Hmm..not great. A lot of the other control sets are elemental/smash or /lethal damage, especially for immobs. Obviously Grav is pure smashing..and look how much the damage was moaned about. So we dont want that to happen..BUT..I do think smashing makes more sense for a wind set. It could have cold and hot gusts I guess..but that would stray about into the new territory that Water Blast has.
Wind Control.
Almost complete mastery of the wind is yours. You can use the power of the air itself to control, confound and constrain foes, leaving them helpless and floundering before your elemental presence. Prolonged and sustained usage of Wind powers will build Pressure, as wave of force build around you, strengthening your control and improving damage.
Using Wind powers on a foe builds Pressure. These stacks are applied by powers tagged Pressure Builders, and each one provides a small (5% say?) damage buff, and additional Lethal dot, which stacks. Other powers are Pressure Consumers, which remove all current pressure stacks in order to gain benefits when the power is cast. Keening Winds and Downdraft are Pressure Users, meaning their effects will change depending on the number of stacks, but NOT consume them.
Each stack lasts 15 seconds, and additional stacks past 3 WILL refresh.
Powers:
Updraft.
Using the most basic power of the Wind, you cause a localised powerful gust to target a foe, knocking them to the ground in they are in flight and knocking them up into the air, if they were on the ground. Pressure Stacks will improve this powers damage and add Lethal dot, each stack extending the duration of the dot.
Ranged, Moderate DMG (Smashing), Knockup (Foe), -Fly (Foe), Pressure Builder (Self)
(I HATE the animation for Levitate. With a passion. Not sure why. But I would not have wanted it for this. I picture you extending your hand palm down to the foe, flicking your wrist up then down, as the gust flips them up and smashes them down.)
Downdraft.
The staple of Wind Control. You cause a strong current on air to fall down around a target, trapping them in waves of force and leaving them unable to take any action. Flying foes will be pulled earth wards. Pressure Stacks will improve this powers damage and add Lethal dot, each stack extending the duration of the dot, while adding minor duration to the Hold.
Ranged, Hold (Foe), -Movement (Foe), -Rech (Foe), -Fly (Foe), Pressure Builder (Self)
(Again, don't want the two handed Block of Ice type animation. I picture two hands out in front of you, gathering the draft, before dropping them down and outwards, pulling the wind currents around the foe. The pressure using would help the hold duration in a small way, nothing to remove it from similar powers, but enough to be handy.)
Breathless.
We all need air to survive, and when that is taken away, it is hard to take any action let alone move. By wrapping multiple foes in constricting winds, you can rob them of breath itself, leaving them gasping and immobile. Pressure Stacks will improve this powers damage and add Lethal dot, each stack extending the duration of the dot and slightly increasing the -dam portion of the power.
Ranged (Targeted AoE), Minor DMG (Lethal), Immobilize (Foe), -DMG (Foe, All), +EndCost (Foe), Consumes Pressure
(I see the animation for this as starting with hands palm forward, at your sides, then moving them up and forward, crossing over. I love the +end cost. Really neat. I removed the 'PvP' only flag here, it is silly not to have it, even if NPCs do cheat when it comes to end use.)
Wind Shear
Mastery of the Wind extends to personal protection, as well as control of others. By enveloping yourself in constantly shifting currents, you can work against nearby foes constantly, reducing ability to react. Pressure stacks have no effect.
PBAoE (Toggle), -Speed (Foe, All), -Fly (Foe), -ToHit (Foe), -DMG (Foe, All)
(Animation of moving your hands down your body, wind appearing as you go. Something like steamy mist, but without the stealthy fade, swirls of 'air' going both ways around your body. I'd imagine this power had some fairly low numbers, or it could be crazy.)
Thundergust
The energy and power of a thunderstorm can be harnessed, causing a powerful gust of air to knockdown any foes in front of you. Pressure Stacks will improve this powers damage and add Lethal dot, each stack extending the duration of the dot.
Ranged (Cone), Minor DMG (Smashing), Knockdown (Foe), -ToHit (Foe), Pressure Builder (Self)
(Mmm..we don't want to reuse the gale animation. I think something more like Fire Breath, leaning forward a bit, turning your head side to side, as you blow out the huge gust of wind in a cone. OMG, are they kidding us? This is a BAD joke if so. A cone kb power..that is not actually kb, but knockdown instead? Amazing. But I foresee serious moaning if this went unchanged and Gale was left as Storm's tier 1. This, or Gale..not contest at all.)
Microburst
Calling forth mighty gusts and blasts of wind, you can manipulate their natural movement itself, drawing them down in a funnel before expanding at ground level, creating disorder over a wind area. Pressure Stacks will improve this powers damage by a significant amount and add Lethal dot, each stack extending the duration of the dot. Regardless of when used, Microburst will consume ALL stacks, but if used with 3, all foes will have a -Def effect applied and a much greater -Rech.
Ranged (Targeted AoE), Minor DMG (Smashing), Stun (Foe), -Speed (Foe, All), -Fly (Foe), -Rech (Foe), Chance for -DEF (Foe, All), Consumes Pressure
(Something like the Ion judgment animation, but instead of lightning, you are pulling down currents of air, and sending them crashing over a mob in a funnel, with expanding gusts at ground level. I'll be honest..I had to look up what a Microbust was..this power could have looked awesome.)
Keening Winds
Wind can be used to confound and distract opponents, when used correctly. By sending a cutting and focused push of wind at foes, you can assault their senses, causing confusion and chaos. This is a Pressure Using power, meaning it will not consume stacks, but gain extra benefit. The magnitude of the confuse is low, mag 2, but stack 2 and 3 add a high chance for added magnitude, as well as increasing the -end.
Ranged (Targeted AoE), Confuse (Foe), End Drain (Foe), +End (Self)
(Hmm..cutting wind, that's apparently what this is. So..hands together in front of you, then tilting them towards the mob in a cutting motion, before pulling them apart, as you summon the Winds. Obviously I have NO idea about how this power would work, and doubtful it WOULD have only been a mag 2 confuse. I am more thinking in terms of the entire set, not just making the power 'bad'. The set would already have a hold, aoe immob, st KU, cone KU, aoe stun, aoe hold AND a defensive toggle. That is pretty darn crazy. Leaving aside how broken SoC is..mind's confuse is st, or looong rech, elec's confuse is chain and can easily miss the first person. From that perspective, a mag 2 aoe confuse..is not bad. Not when the stacks can ramp it up to Mag 4.)
Vacuum
The pinnacle of Wind Control. The wind is yours to command, no one elses, and you can take away the very air itself around foes, leaving them choking and helpless, slowly suffocating at your mercy. Pressure Stacks will improve this powers damage by a significant amount and add Lethal dot, each stack extending the duration of the dot. Regardless of when used, Vacuum will consume ALL stacks, but if used with 3, all foes will take much greater damage, -regen as well as a change for +magnitude hold. If your Vortex pet comes near to the vacuum affected foes, It siphons extra power for them, buffing his damage.
Ranged (Targeted AoE), Hold (Foe), Moderate DoT (Lethal), -Movement (Foe), -Rech (Foe), -ToHit (Foe), -Regen (Foe) Chance for +Mag, Special (Pet), Pressure Consumer (Self)
(Another breathy type animation I think, looking side to side as you use your hands to 'pull' the air into your mouth, sucking it all away. This power sounds really cool and I am wondering if it would have been a One shot aoe hold, or a patch hold, like dark. I added the -regen as 3Stack, since I see that as some way aoe single shot holds could be made much better. The +mag is a bonus, and obviously helps a troller more, as it should. No idea if the Special Pet bit was meant to be there, but it fits, sorta.)
Vortex
So great is your control of the wind, you can actually summon and mold it as you desire, granting it some semblance of Life. A powerful Vortex can be created, capable of using an array of Wind powers to aid you and hinder your foes. Pressure stacks have no effect.
A Pet, naturally. With..
Updraft. The same as yours, but with moderately improved damage, and lethal dot built in.
Winded. A single target version of Breathless, with extra damage and dot, again.
Air Burst. A smashing damage aoe, say 5 target max, looking like an air fireball.
Air Blast. A single target smashing attack, chance of knockdown, good damage.
Dust Devils. A long rech power, working like the Phantasms clone, that summons 2 dust devils, minion class, who also have a version of Air Blast and a cutdown, 3 target version of Wind Shear.
Sold..I'd have paid for this set. -

Trying Unrelenting again.
It is the Presence Pool tier 5. Pacify was added as another T1, a one mind rech placate that wont put you in hide or cause crits. Useful though..but doesnt take any Sets.
I picked Intimidate as my second pick, the T3 power..single targer Fear. It has a 30% chance for +1 mag fear (to end up mag 4). 8 sec duration, 30 secs rech. I guess you could slot it a heap and stack fear a boss, but im finding it handy to fear annoying minions and lts, while I blast a boss.
Unrelenting..the t5.
You channel your inner confidence to become a relentless opponent, gaining significant boosts to your damage, recovery and attack speed for a short while. Additionally, you will be able to fight though the pain caused by opponents, healing continuously over time. You can also use this power to fight your way back to the living after defeat - if you are defeated when you use this power, you will be revived with 50% health
I do like the fact it doubles as a Self Rez..really cool.
+2.00%% healing for 30.00s on self unresistable
+20.00%% strength to recharge for 30.00s on self unresistable
+20.00%% recovery rate for 30.00s on self unresistable
+25.00%% strength to all damage for 30.00s on self unresistable
+50.00%% healing for 0.50s on self unresistable
That is base stats..Im not quite sure what the 50% heal over .5 secs is..most likely teh self rez portion, when you are rezzing obviously. It takes end mob and heal sets..the 2% heal sounds low..but its a pretty much constant tic of Healing, 60ish for a blaster.
So far, slotted with 2 heal/rech Attuned IOs.
In my enhancement window, it shows the two Heal stats as going up by 50s..the Recharge going from 10 mins to 6.38...50%.
Then..there is another Recharge listing..base of 20%...with a value (now) of 30% (50%, from the IOs). AT first,. I had no idea what this was but then I used the power again and say..it was working ON the +dam and +rech portions of teh power itself!
So I was getting a rech of 44%, instead of the base 20. Hmmm..I was sure damage was being boosted..but..apparently it isnt. Still, that is really cool. How awesome would it be if slotting Adren Boost for rech also boosted the +rech of teh power...you could give someone like +200 rech.
Have to see what happens with the +damage portion later. -

A bit off topic..there was a thread recently with a person making custom billboards for the game. Would the same be possible with the emote Signs? So you could have 200 people in AP, all with NC Suck posters? -
Agreeing with Uber here..it may have helped, by not the sole thing.
As much as I hated MA..no, wait..I didn't hate it. Have always thought it was a truly awesome tool, and in the hands of the more creative and wise players we have..it could have been utterly fantastic.
Weekly or monthly User created weekly AE tfs, more publicity to the winners etc. I played some truly amazing arcs.
The best would have to be Blight by Witch Engine (I THINK that was it..sorry if I am mistaken) that just did amazing things with the game and mission engine, that I would not have even thought about...or even thought possible.
That said..AE, for the first..year or whatever, was awful. We all know the PLing that went on. As broken as fire kins (or whatever) were in BM farms, all those ae exploits were just so stupid.
I actually just had an argument about in on the Beta server. My stance was that the ae farming and exploits WAS bad for the game, regardless of your feelings about pling. I still say it was..anything that pulls people away from the content..is bad.
The worst things about AE for me..was how stupidly obvious it SHOULD have been..that it would become a farming tool. Seriously, before AE, you could spend 5 mins in PI and tell how it would end up. Not that I miss PI being full of farmers..but at the least having farms in PI taught people how to use the Green Line..
Then the way the Devs just patched up each exploit in turn..as if it would STOP people trying to find them. And now..we have the Hall of Fame full of fire farms. Awesome.
I don't think AE killed the game..but in no way was it as good for the game as it was bad. -

Meet Colleague first..she tells me how Posi kicked her ***. Mean Posi! Second Measure is a tsoo contract killing..working with Wyvern for the cash.
Network rattles off a bounty of information concerning you, about 80% of which you thought no one could know.
Internet stalker alert! He is in it for the cash to, and to haxzor everything. Annoying..after the mission, just talking, I cant call the guy, and have to rezone to him.
Mission 2. Sgt has a contact offering something about the Coralax. Arachnos base door mission in St. Eww he looks freaky.
Good, good. You're looking for Dr. Hyperbaric. He's in charge of this whole operation. Once you take him down, I should be promoted to his position. You have to understand that I can't help you any further if they trace undoing back to me, right?
Ahhh, dodgy. Odd to kill teh other Doc I go. Oh, crap..I said something wrong and now he says he wont help me. Guess he would have been an npc ally. Cool..DrH is a fish! The fishy costume bits that is..and..water blast! First WB npc I have seen here. He also had like a 15 seconds recharge on his Geyser..unfair.
Mission 3. Second Measure wants us to go help protect one of his assassin buddies. Off to Cap. All the Tsoo mobs are allies so far. SM says we can do this the fun way..or the boring way. Fun for me! Lets see what happens. Great..I have to take down all the tsoo, then the boss, while SM..goes through his stuff. Thanks a lot dude.
Nice..she, the boss, looks like one of the new incarnate tsoo, the spirit ink archer ladies.
Ow, sky splitter huurts! I thought we were saving her..I donbt think the brief was very clear. Oh, ok, we are protecing the target of the boss we just beat up. Ah ha. And..thats it. I was expecting to actually..protect him.
Mission 4. We are going after some Family wiseguy, who has apparently never given up any info about them. And..we are meant to be able to get him to talk? Ok. But if not..we get to bash him up. Nice fall back.
Off to Port Oakes. Family allies..finding Network. He asks for a favour..ok, helping him. What..then he says that attitude (assuming mine) is what made him flip on famiily and joni the hammers. I have no idea what we were just talking about..Seems NW texted all teh family here and said to let me pass.
The boss has a few guards..one with a Beam Rifle! Family got some new toys. We can talk to him..tell him we are there to beat him up, or that the Boss sent us. Yay, I tricked him. +10 points to Personality. Or something. Didnt get to kill anyone!
Mission 5. Colleague has something for us. She's in the lab of one 'Digiwench', an Arachnos project leader who works for Black Scorpion. We need you to uncover what the Scorpion is working on, and then bust the op before it can even truly begin.
Digiwench! Off to St Marts. Coll wants to talk to us in the mission. wanting to set things straight..I can listen or tell her to get lost. I'll listen. Says Sgt is short changing her. Hmmm well since none of the other guys are doing jack ****..I said I will look into it. Now I have the choice of saying shes doing a good job..or that I could have done all this without her. I'll be nice. No idea wtf she IS doing though.

She is elec melee elec armour..with some elc control powers it seems. When you go up to her, shes an npc. Talking to her..she asks if she can help me. And I say..Yes..by not putting up a fight. She did though. When I tagged the last glowie, ALL the arachnos in the map say 'Now you die!', at teh same time. I guess thats the LUA scripting thingy. He's a thug, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the bodyguard thing might be a ruse. The bodyguard is probably Bronze Talon himself. No bodyguard lasts that long by being as thug-like as that one has been acting.

Second Measure is claiming HE found about the bodyguard being the real boss. Which, he sorta did..but it seemed more us. Oh well.
Mission 7. Network wants to see you. He's found the location of one of the Family's enforcers, 'Concrete' Bill. He seemed rather excited to learn his current location and urges you get to him ASAP.
Let's see..sounds like a set up. It is a shame there is no 'base' for these guys, like the Base you have as doing MrGs arc. Building in PO.
The first one of this arc were a team mate has NOT been right at teh door to talk to you. Seems dodgy. And all teh family mobs are enemies righgt away. Cool..they have Beam Rifles again. Also use some StJ atatcks, but with toxic dot on them? Guess that is when you dont wash under your finger nails.
Network tells us about a safe in the building, and if I rob it, he wont tell Sgt. Waaah he killed me. lol. Bill that is..he gets build up on a street justive toon? No fair. He looks really cool using StJ though..looks MUCh more natural than the family guys, especially minions, using SS style attacks. Speaking of..Bill ALSO uses footstomp, but as the alt Handstomp animation. Looks perfectly in place with the StJ stuff.

Bill had KoV attacks too. Fearsome Blow. Yes, Cocaine scares me too. Shattering Uppercut..KoV version of CI..with a chance for confuse, as you get all dizzy. Neat. Concussive Blow..the footstomp clone I think. With a -tohit, -rech and -damage!

Well, Wyvern feels the Hammers of Justice experiment was a success, but that's just it, it was an experiment. Wyvern's shutting us down and analyzing the results.

Sigh, this is what I get working with Rogues. I'll have to add this to the report to Wyvern. It will probably kill any future projects like this.
AwwNo badge?? Boo Hiss. I forget if the Vigi contact gave a badge..but they should! Fun arc..I enjoyed this one more than the Vigi one, even if there were a few too many missions with no killing. All the chat options were awesome though..I might have to run it again to see what happens!

Sister Whatsherface's arc, in cim.
They finally fixed Ghost Widow from being just an eb in the rescue mission..so she doesnt get beaten up by the Ballista. She is now an AV. Which..makes even less sense that a longbow warden boss can capture her.
Those spinning gold 'coins' above contacts head...they cast shadows. Naturally.
The boats at the dock in Cim. I am not a boat person..but there seems to be no oar holes on these..and 2 of them are Front end first, against teh dock. Since the wind always seems...OH, wait. lol
Look at the sails...they are billowing out in two different directions..within 5 ft of each other. Magic wind they have here in Cim.
But anyway...can sail boats go in reverse? Or would they just get a good shove away from the dock? -

...and then..I got carried away and used mission transporter..without lvling up. Smart!

Neat, I didnt know it had -range and rech. Although..-range, when you HAVE to be in melee to actually use it on something? Still..could be handy to jump back out and be safeish.

+special? What special? If its the -rech and range..why not just say that? There is nothing else I can see.
Also..is the Scrapper (and tank) version only Superior? I was sure it was Extreme. Seems odd..I know both brute/tank/stalk versions of things like total focus are both extreme, for them and blasters. -
Doing Kelly Uqua's arc in Nerva. Not that it is new
Fighting a LB Ballista..I love those guys. The attack they use, where they sorta swing a backhanded uppercut at you, looks super awesome. That would have been great to see as an alternate is super strength maybe. -
Tried some procs in reaction time..
the shifter +end works fine. So does the absorb proc.
The end mod chance for stun..no dice. Wasn't sure if it would stun me or them...apparently stuns no one.
The slow +smashing proc..its meant to be 3.5 times a min, it took about 5 mins to go off on one target. -
That weird Inner Will/auto Mez bug happened again.
Suddenly became held/immob, confused, all at once.
Checking my status prot..I have -16mag to EVERYTHING. -
For Trials..no way.
Theres a few people here..about 10-40 for the last week.
But most are just doing there one thing, I have not seen any trials forming. -
