This does not resolve the inbalance of PVP, or should I say; The "Dominance" of the villains over the heroes. What is this fascination the devs have to make the villains stronger then the heroes?. For instance, I keep getting the beat down from Dominators (two usually can de activate my invulnerbility).
The problem I have is that, not all heroes have a choice as to their invulnerbility is willingly on or if they have to concentrate to turn it on. My hero is based on Superman, his invulnerbility is alway on, wither he likes it or not. If a dom immobilizes him, he's still invulnerble to physical and energy attacks, get it?
My suggestion is, either bring this kind of balance to the game or expect less heroes to pvp or just to bail the game all together. -

Crappiest powersets ever, no I'm not the comic book guy, but really, double blades & Will power, that really sucks. Give some real power, what happened to the Incarnates, the Evil Kheldians, and some of the other Archtypes, I wanted Electric Hammer. While asthectically pleasing, two pickstickers suck, will power?, let's see where this goes. All in All, I'm sorely disappointed.

I don't think this should be a requirement, but more of a strong suggestion. Afterall, how a person builds their toon is up to them. However, if they have a kheldian, then they should know how important Stamina is...

The Starguard Corp: "Ad astra per aspera..." (To The Stars...)
1). An all Kheldian member group only (both Peacebringer & Warshade).
2). We already have a power source as powerful then any in this game, including the famed "Star gem" or "Shard".
3). We do not have to feign a weakness, we already have a good one, Quantum Array Weapons.
4). No Scrappers, no Blasters, no Defenders. We have their powers already anyways.
5). Older and more powerful then The Galaxy Guardians could ever be.
Restrictions:
1). Similar uniforms to The Galaxy Guardians, but a leather jump suit and the colors are burgandy with Navy blue stripes gold emblem with in a navy blue circle (or reverse the colors), ribbed gloves & boots, instead of white with gold stripes on leatards.
2). All Starguards must have fitness, what they get after that is up to them. I'm getting stealth if I have room for it, if not, oh well.
