Well, I saw that Dual Pistols was finally a set, and I had to give it a try! I used to roam around with a late night group who was from Hawaii, and I was wondering if anyone remembered me, and are still playing? Ran with my Brute, Mayhem the Hyena, and on Heroes, my Scrapper, Faeana.

Also, anyone roam around late nights in Pinnacle still?

Anarchic, maybe if we were talking real world mathematics here, you would be right. But this isn't real world math. In CoH, a 6.5% debuff is MORE than a 5% debuff. Don't let the fact that it's technically negative defense throw you off here.

It's Mineral Armor, and it only has psionic DEFENSE, not resists. So, it will miss you, but when it hits, BAM!, dead poo tanker =/

I was wondering what's with psionics? No tank actually resists psionics? That's not cool =/
