The group is called the Paragon Justiciars. The concept that I came up with is that it is a group that was nearly wiped out in the first Rikti Invasion. However, with the recent resurgence of the Rikti War and the threat posed by groups such as Arachnos, the Devouring Earth, and the partial return of the 5th Column, the veteran heroes felt the need to return and guide newer heroes to victory in these difficult battles.

I have some experience writing HTML, but fancy websites aren't really my thing. I can easily provide hosting for the site if someone actually puts it together.
