    but most importantly on behalf of my first pvp defender, who did not know that being soft capped to all types and having max resists would be equal to those who did not have any defense or resistances.

    hey everyone i'm a blaster with no seconday set, half the hit points and half the damage! YAY thanks devs!

    the system is bad and those who designed it and support it should feel bad.

    the heal from fire does not get hit by heal decay at all because you cannot recast it that fast.. whereas willpower's awesome regen values become a lot less than awesome as they are hit heavily by DR.

    my willpower tank has barely any more regen per second than my fire tank thanks to the magic of DR (when RTTC is actually on, which is rare thanks to detoggling).. then my fire tank is regenerating another 80 hit points a second with healing flames.

    not to say willpower is bad, but as far as health returned per second fire will probably always win out over the other's you have listed.

    thanks for the insight.

    if i can't be a walking mushroom cloud of destruction on that budget i'll settle for the closest thing possible

    i'll try to mess with it more and see if i can better account for some of the things you pointed out Nihilii.. your list of problems may seem long but it was actually good news to me. my current build would probably burn you to look at.

    and that siphon life slotting of Santorican's is pretty genius.. if you plan on doing that MG-Smite-SL-Smite thing no recharge is really necessary. i may try that or something similar as it would cut out some endurance.

    cheers! i'm new to this so the input is extremely helpful in showing me what to pay attention to when doing these builds!

    Hi all, i've been trying to come up with a build for my DM/SD scrapper that has blaze in it and it is driving me crazy.. trying to both softcap to all positions AND not have a too-weak attack chain.

    My problem is my first build i did was a total flop, endurance issues and too low dps for AVs anyways. I think i'm just bad at building with mids.

    Another problem is, while i have influence.. i'm a several hundred millionaire NOT a several billionaire. but i do want to make this combo work without the money some of you seem to invest in it with all the purple IOs and PVP IOs.

    so, is having a pylon killing-fireballing dm/sd scrapper with an immovable green bar possible for under a billion influence?

    this is where i'm at now on a new build. i ripped off someone else's from a previous thread and revamped it with less expensive slotting. if anyone wants to take a look i would be appreciative.
