I have a merc/storm that is great in pvp and I have really only been beaten by 2 ATs (ill/storm and a fort) I feel that I have a good chance of winning every time I pvp with it.

I have an em/fire that I solo with and it is a beast. This build that I am posting was made to solo missions with speed by herding/immob/burn/ball of lightning. As for invul I have no experience with it so I cannot any good advice about it. And far as you playing on dial-up, stay away from Lagville otherwise known as Grandville

I was in RV preventing some farming last night, I looked at the information center and went after the top victor in there...and sure enough he was there farming on poor little npc's. Maybe they should rid the zone of npc's all together, wouldn't that be great. I never really attacked the toon but his heavy, dropping it's hit points to 5-30 and moment he would go after an npc I would drop it.

I have done it 10x on 4 different toons. I am mostly a solo player and having the limit really puts a bind on me as far as being able to pwn Snap. Is the cap there for a reason and if so then why.

Am I the only one that cares about the limit to how many times Snaptooth missions can be done?

It looks like there is a limit to how many times you can do the Snaptooth mission. I just did it 10x and that was it. During the winter event I think I did it at least 50x on one toon. I did it for the prestige, and now it has a limit :-( Is it wrong to want to kill Snaptooth as many times as I want?
