    Beams/DM?

Well, at least there are three of us. ;-)

I took this combo primarily for theme purposes but so far I like the synergy. Soul Drain has turned ambushes into a momentary distraction and Dark Consumption keeps the mission pace brisk with a constantly full blue bar. Soloing at higher levels has been a challenge for me with most sets other than Ice/Ice but I have hopes for this combo.
  2. I'm with Bill on this one. My main character is an Invulnerability/Super Strength tanker who battled for years between being a better tanker for group play and kicking more butt when soloing...now I have both. Having the ability to go from cooperative to solo play just by visiting a trainer has drastically improved my gameplay enjoyment with my favorite character.

Most of the regular players I run with have at least one character that they have done the same thing with for the same reason. We don't talk about it on chat...but then I don't usually discuss build design or slotting choices on chat either.
  3. Level 50 Bot/FF Mastermind here...

I'm not aware of such a problem with the Protector Bots and heals...but I don't recommend slotting heals in them anyway. The Protector Bots spend 9/10ths of their time in play fighting so I slot for ACC, DAM, and END RED with SOs or the Sovereign Right Set if going for IOs. I'm very pleased with their performance.
  4. Words like "ungrateful" and "entitled" come to mind.
  5. I've had the pleasure (or agony, depending) of facing Infernal in combat many times. Without exception, the most trouble free time was a team of four: Myself (Lvl 45 INV/SS Tanker), and three SG mates (Lvl 40 INV/SS Tanker, Lvl 50 MA/SR Scrapper, and a Lvl 50 EMP/RAD Defender). Set on Invincible, I was worried about this fight. My Tanker is a Heavy Assault Scrapper and the other is a pure Tauntbot. We split the room into two sections, with the Scrapper and Defender taking Infernal, the Tauntbot taking all (and I do mean all) the summoned minions, and myself moving between each group. We have all teamed together many times and with some practiced coordination and tactics, the fight was over fairly quickly.

Overall, I'd agree with most of the responders above...the idea team size for AV's seems to be 4-6. Oddly enough, team composition never seems to matter nearly as much as solid tactics and cooperation.

    MA/SR?

Just to clarify, are you looking for a Stalker or Scrapper build?
