Because he doesn't actually want to give up the mitigation advantage that Tankers have, he likes to say that its irrelevant to make his whole argument sound better.
His ultimate goal, is to basically have a higher Damage cap as well as a Fury like mechanic on Tankers while keeping their current mitigation numbers.
If he ever gets his wish, well, then we can all reroll our Scrappers and Brutes as Tankers and call it a day. -

A thought occured to me that I would like answered. If you have two seperate builds, what happens when you respec? Do you have to do both? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hello community, I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct area to put this, but my friend and I were talking about getting a comic book done about our City of Heroes/Villains main characters, but my friend said it's like $6,000 dollars! I can understand it takes a lot of time, but wow
I really would've liked to get it done, yet I just done have that kind of talent.
