Therefore, there's not much point doing TF's that max out at 30.

The infamous Double XP extravaganza is soon to be upon us, and I fancy a bit of Task Force Power Leveling.

Frozen Chorus (currently my lvl 22 Ice/Sonic Controller) will be running the following Task Forces over the course of Saturday and Sunday, exact times below. Attend if you wish. Or don't. Whatever.

These will be kill-everything-that-moves runs, there will be no stealthing. We're doing it for the XP, so don't come if your expecting quickness.

My */Ice Dominator is level 6 and my Ice/* Controller is level 22, so don't consider this expert advice, but ...

With Acrobatics, you really only need the 2 End Reds. 3 in any toggle is usually overkill, but Arctic Air is probably one of theose exceptions as it is very End heavy (although not as bad as I thought frankly).

Consider taking your slots out of Ice Bolt later in the game. With Ice Sword, Ice Sword Circle, Ice Blast, Greater Ice Sword and Bitter Ice Blast, you should have plenty of attacks already, and Ice Bolt is pretty poor damage in comparison to the rest of those powers.

And get that Single-target Hold 6-slotted, Mister!

Otherwise, it's looking good to me.

We've admitted defeat on the last mission. Completely unable to seperate out any of the Heroes from the pack, and even after dumping a megaton of nukes on them, no joy.

But, given the fact we had no Rads, Darks, etc., I think we did well. We cruised through the first four missions.

I'm going Plant Dominator so that when I fight AV's I can plant a Spirit Tree and go "Look! I'm helping! See? I'm not useless!".

And now on a serious note, I agree mostly with the comments in this thread. As a Brute mainly, I see Dominators as a barrier between me and Fury. At least, I did, however in the post-40 content, they are very handy to have around with the big badguys and the big numbers coming into play.

Maybe its a case of either you have 2 Dominators in your team (to stack enough Holds on those AV's and such) or you live without them completely. I don't know enough about Dominators to comment further.
