Thanks for adding me CP. Just been too hectic the past few days. I'm hoping to be done with my current jewelry order this week, and I'm taking this weekend off to relax, so I should be free to play this Sunday.

It'll probably be Artemis Moon: Archery/MM Blaster unless we need support then I'll switch to Project Trinity: Earth/Rad Controller. They are my next two projects on the Alpha path.

I've been talking with Seven about this laptop for a few weeks. I have a Toshiba that I got last year that I love greatly! But mine has a dedicated NVidia card with 1G of Video Ram. It works fantastically for CoH.

It's really whether if Seven wants to get one locally to him and have it almost instantly (which is what's pictured in the link) or if he wants a dedicated graphics card that he'd have to order the system off the internet and wait a week or so for it to arrive.

After gaming on two laptops with integrated graphics cards, I would personally (and did last year) order the one off the internet with the dedicated card. But I also understand the great joy of going to the store and getting it NOW! =)

I played quite well on my old laptop with an integrated graphics card that used shared RAM... until it died (HP Processors had an overheating issue on that model I had). I did notice lag issues in zones during raids and invasions. But usually turning the graphics down fixed that.

If Seven is going to go with the one linked above with the shared graphics card RAM, I would suggest he look into how much more RAM for the system would be. If it's a LOT more, I would suggest ordering online and getting a dedicated graphics card. If it's NOT a lot more, eh, why not?

From what he's said to me, I think either version will be a wonderful upgrade from the setup he's using now, and the ability to play anywhere will be fantastic for him.

This Mondays event will be a repeat of the Ice Mistral Strike Force we ran a month ago. Because there is a lack of task forces in the 40-45 range on Villain side, and most of the lower level toons we have in the group could use a little more of a boost in level before we move on to the 45+ content, we're going to rerun this one for XP.

This is one of the Weekly Strike Targets, so if you have not run the event so far this week on your character, you will receive double reward merits at the end, and a large amount of bonus xp! Level 50 characters who have unlocked their Alpha Slot will also receive a Notice of the Well.

I think Myrdinn is back up and running again, so we should have the ability to run 3 teams if we need to this week.

I'm probably not going to be able to make it this Sunday. Sorry for the bother, but you can take me off the list. Real life and all that. Good luck all.

These sound fun, but unfortunately my Thursday is booked pretty solid this week. If you ever do them on a weekend I'll be sure to join. Have fun!

We finished "Miss Francine the Freakshow Teacher" in 41:04 with 6 deaths. We then did "Bane of the Heart" in 1:11:11 (freaky!) with 24 deaths.

Next Monday's event will be a repeat of the Ice Mistral SF since it'll be one of the weekly strike targets. That way we can get a little more xp to get us over the level 45 hump, plus double merits! The week after will be the ITF since it will also be a WST. We'll run the ITF again in a couple of months once we're all 50's.

Most people tend to have their own personal SG's now days. The key is to look for teams instead, both on the forums and in game, and start meeting people that way. You'll soon have a regular group of people you enjoy playing with. =)

Most of our players are pretty mature, although I would warn you against listening to the broadcast chatter in Atlas Park too much, or one of the PvP zones.

Hey Look, I actually got this thing posted before Monday! Woohoo!

I also wanted to point out that I've updated the Monday night schedule. It can be viewed in my link below. I've tried to include everyone's suggestions. We'll try to do the Mender Ramiel arc at some point when everyone hits 50. I'll add it to the schedule once I see when that will be =)

The Monday night Horde is still going on with myself, Master-Blade and Myrdinn leading teams at 10pm Eastern each week. Right now we've been running on Villain side. We should finish up those runs sometime in May I think. Look for my sign up's usually every weekend for the following Monday (life is crazy, sorry!). I have a list of upcoming events in my signature, but right now it needs to be updated!

Mr E-Man is still running his weekly Wednesday night events at 10:30pm Eastern. He calls that the Heroic Wednesdays for Reformed Villains (HWfRV). Here's his upcoming schedule:

Just as an update, I'll be brining Spectral Pixie: Ill/Kin to this. She's the only toon I have in range to get xp for it, and I would like to work on getting her up to 50 some more =)
