I came back to CoH recently after having left for mucho RL issues followed by a VERY long deployment overseas.

Since returning to Champion, I have had very little trouble finding teams for anything. Some are friendly faces I've been playing with for years, some are new faces that (mostly) show the same caliber I remember (most) champions having. So for that, I thank you all.

Some notes....

- I've been playing Single-Player RPG's too much; the first battle I got into when I came back, I pressed space bar to pause so I could issue commands to my character. As you can imagine, I did a little hop in front of Malaise like it would impress the Arch-Villain. I was quickly eliminated, almost mid-bunny impersonation. Probably shouldn't be fighting AV's as my first battle in 666 days (yes, that was the number. I thought it was awesome.)

- I forgot how to get to a lot of places, but it also took me a while to remember that there used to be 2 train systems when I last played. I always wondered when they would do that.

- I guess I was in the middle of slotting a couple of toons, because two of my 50's are half-slotted with high-dollar enhances. I can't count that as all bad, though, because apparently I need to respec my toons out of actually choosing the Fitness pool. Blessing and a curse, because now I have to divide slots for the three extra powers I now have.

- HUGE shoutout to the EarthGuard. Those guys spun me up on the new game stuff and have been nothing but supportive of my return. If any one thing drew me back to this game, it was the friends I made along the way before I had to leave. If I had to pick two things, it was the secret area in Portal Corp where you can get transported to the universe full of naked hot kitty chicks. What, I'm serious. You got 200 Mil Inf? I'll show you. I accept paypal, too.

Sigh...off to watch UHF again.

I will be seeing it when I return to the states next week. As I really, really want this Avengers movie to kick ***, I definitely have high hopes for Thor.

Glad you found a home on Champion. When I decided to return to the game, this is really the only place I could even remotely consider coming.

There is a very easy remedy for this...howsabout you add a password to your vent, or change it if there is one? I don't think you'd want someone who would do that on your vent even when they weren't mad at you(even mistakenly) because they sound like a [censored].

While I love the set bonuses I hate the fact that playing the market or crafting seems like a job to me. Sigh. I am definitely one of those lazy people making other people rich I can assure you. I always buy crafted unless I am working on a major build. When leveling toons and updating enhancments I never craft myself.
