Dursagon, thanks for sharing those pictures, and thanks to everyone for the compliments. It is always nice to study and learn from what other people have done. I love the tail on the peacock. Does your family have a special cutting tool? On the hummingbird one I see a couple of pieces that would be impossible to cut out with my glass cutter. Is it hard to do bevels? I think they can be great for adding three dimensionality, but just never understood how they were done. They had a little boxy thing with wheels sticking out that was supposed to help with foiling at the store, but I just didn't think it was worth $85.

Dursagon, I would absolutely love to see your family's works and get a clue on how the pricing works.

The snowboarding piece was done with lead H came, but I too prefer copper foil. I just wish I didn't have to sit and foil for hours.

I am considering taking commissions. I can do rectangular panels, 3D objects, and suncatchers like this one. Pricing, although I haven't really thought about it, will have to vary by the complexity of project. This one had 107 pieces, a lot of which were very small, took me 39 hours to complete after I came up with the pattern. This was only my third stained glass piece, so I expect to improve time-efficiency with each new project.

My first two projects had nothing to do with CoH, but here they are:

I applied the same principles I learned from studying value in drawing, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. The guy at the stained glass store said he has never seen anything like it, and they have some amazing pieces. Enjoy!

I am glad that you guys are finding it funny. I forgot to mention that I used the actual chatbubble colors Gill and Lush use to clear up any confusion as to what those sloppy jiggles of color represent.

Perhaps I should give that guy screaming for heals long hair and a cape to make him look like Samoa... *evil grin*

Mr. Samoa, I will do yours when I can come up with an idea for him, but it will probably look totally different. I was mainly interested in playing around with light in the ones I posted so far. What is his secondary? Maybe it will help me think of something.

Here is a painting of Nevaeh I've been working on. She is my friend's ice/ice blaster, and my favorite hero in the whole city of Paragon. In this picture, she is whispering secret words in her mare's ear as she rides out from her castle at sunset. Actually, you don't get to see her castle now, because it is supposed to be awe-inspiring, which I can't do yet.

I think I should have done without the sky. It feels too open for a back alley. I don't have something to call my own "style" yet. Kix just came out that way while playing around so I thought I'd do something similar with BAS.

Hey Roxstar, maybe you should bring your penguin and whale over to Victory. The small group of friends I play with has a penguin SG called Antarctic Family there. Well, the penguins run it, but it is open to all animals. We have turtles, a sloth who drinks coffee, a polar bear cub, a shark, a cheetah, a bird, a couple of butterflies, and even a crabbit(crab and rabbit in one)! Mondays are our Squaak Night when we play our penguins together. Our penguins get more comments than all my other alts combined. We will probably move it to Wednesdays starting November. Winza, thanks for the reply. I tried it out but I guess I wasn't clear in explaining what I wanted to do with the chat bubble. I don't want to just say one thing in neat colors when changing costumes; I want permanent colors associated with each costume so that I would keep speaking in those colors instead of the default colors. And I would like to do it without the hassle of assigning some colors to enter for use with one costume and other colors to shift+enter for another costume. Can this be done? Thanks.

I am a long time CoH player and forum reader, but a first time poster. With my very first post, I would like to thank you Winza for this thread. It has helped me come up with some fun binds. But of course I am posting more than just to say thanks. I would like to have a bind that does these three things: change your costume, chat bubble colors, and badge title. I don't know if there is a bind for badge titles, but at least I want the chat bubble to match my costume. Thanks!
