I'm sorry but us villains cannot get to Steel Canyon and we have to do the aforementioned mish to get the badge and its the only mish with outcasts..

From what I have heard it is 100 Outcast Bosses, I said this will be a VERY slow badge to get and we do need a full team to get the most out of it, the mission we are doing is the operative Wellman detroy the statues mish, so far I have started and reset tne mish 5 times and there has been outcasts on all 5 times.... but on no more than 3 mobs per map.... thats why I was thinking of doing it over several nights. BTW it is possible to spawn bosses on ruthless by myself, I rather have it on my badge toon though :P
