It involved buying and selling where selling would bring more prestige than the buying cost. Some VGs in the US gained more than a billion prestige that way. This was my initial thought with Circle of Tarot too. I remember the person reporting that bug got the Bug Hunter badge awarded, something which seemed very special until beta ended and everyone got that in the US. Europe didn't get it however
