if i have the -res proc in surveillance will it alert the mob when it goes off?

its totally up to you, ive heard of people doing just fine without the wolf armor for bane spiders. if you have a extra power slot id take it though for the extra protection.
crabs pretty much dont need it since crab armor +fortification gives you mag 12 protection to hold, stun, sleep and immobilize -
could anyone give me a estimate of how much this bane build would cost me?

i wish they would remove the flag that lets the buff only affect powers that do straight up heal and nothing else. theres only 8 powers that buff will apply too

7 of those powers are basically the same power with just a differnet animation and nothing else. thats a pretty small pool of powers for a buff thats in every heal and heal/acc IO set

Incorrect. The bonus is not limited to power that only heal. Aid Self, Aid Other, O2 Boost, Siphon Life, Life Drain and Dark Regeneration and many others get the buff. Twilight Grasp and Transfusion should, although they are a little wonky about it due to the pet summon. The only powers that don't get it are those with a resistance component such as Healing Flames, Reconstruction, etc. This does have a side benefit, which is that the healing of those powers cannot be debuffed.

i always thought that since siphon life did -tohit it would not recieve the +heal buff. looks like its back to mids to work on my DM/regen -

yeah hes very annoying since he can floor your acc with earthquake + chill of the night, has high resistance (think its 75% to or something), has a heal can really puts a cramp on /regens and can actually damage you with his control powers.
took my DM/regen 55min to kill him as an 51 EB but was very hard. the only thing id like to see them change is his resistance since he doesn't need that much at all with all the powers he has -
yeah i played round with fire blast on extreme too even w/o the aim inferno one shots my regen scrap unless i hit dull pain b4 the fight

has anyone else noticed this? ive been testing some possible AV/EB power match ups and when i give them a set like elec armor or energy armor they never use their tier 9 power. is this a current bug or something?
