As far as caves involving science is concerned, I'd have to differ. The dictionary definition of science is that it's a system of practice or knowledge; something is a product of science if it's come into existence as a result of people practising this system, or using knowledge obtained through it.
Caves, on the other hand, are formed as a result of natural processes. Science may identify the laws underlying these processes, but the natural laws and processes aren't science in themselves.

You need to start a raid via /raidinvite playername, not the computer if i remember rightly.
Then you have to get the raid window up from the super group window and join your raid from there. -

To get control in a base you need to do one of these.
Buy the combined control/power jobby, and put it in an oversight centre room.
Or
Buy a mainframe, or if you have the super group badge a super computer and put it in a control room.
You can add extra control items to these, but not to the combined thing.
To add things to each other you just place them close together, and when attatched, they glow yellow.

I cant remember exactly how many, but its been borked from day 1 and never fixed.
