Ok, I have finally finished coming up with an evil magic origin charecter. Where will you guys be meeting? Are we gonna break-out together?

Cosmic Silver enters the the Police Station, gets fitted up and answers the questions without any fuss.

2. Are you a member of the Militia?
Yes
3. Are you aware of any vigilanteism within the Militia?
No
4. Are you aware of any criminal activity within the Militia?

5. Do you know the whereabout of Sabrina San?
No
6. If you were ordered to apprehend Sabrina San, would you obey?
Yes

As soon as he is finished, he travels to Salamanca to visit a good friend. Once he is there he passes his friend a note without looking at his friend or the note and without a word. The note says:

Stay in the danger zones (they won't follow you there).

Now destroy this note.

Once he has destoyed the note, Cosmic Silver closes his eyes and switches the leg strap to his friend. Then he turns himself invisable and carefully removes the eye contacts for his friend to fit them to his own eyes, all the time keeping them 'looking' at a painting. Cosmic Silver then slips away without a word.

Hyper Cat enters the Police Station with a severe hangover.
"What the hell is this all about, d**nit?"
"You aint putting those things anywhere near me!"
"Are you a licensed hero? Asks the police officer.
"Not anymore, you took it away from me remember?"
"Are you a member of the Militia?"
"Yes, but if you tell em about my license, it'll be the last thing you do!"

"No, I know of some in the police force though!"
"Are you aware of any criminal activity within the Militia?"
"No, their heroes remember?"
"Do you know the whereabout of Sabrina San?"
"Who?"
"Dragonfly?"
"Never met her."
"If you were ordered to apprehend Sabrina San, would you obey?"
"If you give me my license back, sure."
"Ok, now I need you to put these in your eyes."
"Get screwed!"
"If you want your license back, you will have to do it."
"You come near me with them, I promise you won't live to regret it!"
"Ok, that is the second time you have threatend an officer."
The officer nods to someone behind Hyper Cat, who tranqs him and throws him into a cell.

Well... The New Mafia seems a little inactive atm but there is still the posibilty of the Militia's Hidden Dragons takng on Primal although nothing has been decided as yet.

I would like to give the villain RP scene a boost with a RPSG I have been developing the concept for. It is called the Weekend Warriors; the concept is that all activities take place after 6pm Friday and before 6am Monday (with Sunday at 6pm being the main meet). This is because the SG is made up of businessmen who have businesses to run during the week.

Guidelines:
1.All members must be 100% Natural human.
2.All members must be a Stalker with MA or Katana primary and Reflexes or Ninjitsu secondary.
3.All members are businessmen and as such do not us first names and only carry out ‘direct action’ on the weekends (we have businesses to run after all).
4.All members are officially legitimate and as such can mingle with heroes without fear of retribution. (This should open up some more RP opportunities)

If you visit the SG wiki I have set up, you can read the story so far. This wiki will allow members contribute any IC or OOC content they wish to.

So is anyone interested?

I haven't done much PvP and was wondering:
What combination of builds would make a good PvP team?

Even if a build isn't that great on it's own, but are a huge help in a team. Are there any builds that are no help to a PvP team? Even if they are good on their own?

Unfortunatly I will not be on for a month or two due to my move, so Hyper Cat will disappear for a while. I shall write something IC when I'm back, which will explain his absense.

Now Thursday's events make sense, hehe! Maybe I'll give you a rematch when you're respeced - Hyper Cat is beatable (Though he doesn't know it yet) as he is built as a Tanks best friend and solo wise has little defence. (Shhh, don't tell anyone!)

Why do you need Kick for RP reasons? I wouldn't even touch it with my trollers!!!

BTW I won't be able to make it this Thursday, but with any luck I should be back next Thursday - moving house

Tom couldn't contain himself, he had battled with Pistol and Derek Holden all in one night, now not many heroes could boast that.

And he managed to get onto the Militia Reserves, so he could now get the chance to take on some real top names, instead of getting the scraps from Officer Reid.

Times are good for Hyper Cat!

Tom was very disappointed in himself, he was too busy satisfying his hunger for kills to notice when Derek had taken off.

Tom thought now would be a good time to read up on Derek Holden, so he made his way to Officer Reid’s office in the PPD headquarters. Officer Reid wasn’t in but Tom knew where he kept his files. Derek’s file was accompanied by numerous other files on Militia members, so Tom took the lot and speed out of the building.

Tom found a quiet spot in Atlas, where he wouldn’t be disturbed and read the files. The more he read the more respect he gained for the Militia members; they had some truly awesome kills between them. Tom now saw killing Derek as his crowning glory.

Tom could not wait anymore, he went straight to Derek’s hideout and without even a pause he went straight in to confront Derek. But much to Tom’s disappointment he wasn’t there. So Tom used this opportunity to his advantage and had a look around; he quickly found something of use on his desk.

“The Amber Banshee”

Tom had read her file and quite the file it was, find her and Derek will soon follow.

‘BANG’

Tom was woken from his light sleep, had someone beat him to it? Has he missed the chance of a lifetime? Should he go in and see what happened? No, here was Derek now.

“What the hell?” Derek exclaimed.

Has he spotted me? No, how could he, he is looking the wrong direction. Why has he not used his bike? Oh well, makes no difference to me.

“Yuch, they’re even uglier when they’re sliced up and dead… This isn’t the work of any police force…” Derek speculated.

Police, in the Gulch? Ha!

“Holy sh*t, some hero must have got fed up with the Trolls. That means they could still be here…” Derek surmised.

Hmm, maybe your not as dumb as you look, better be extra careful not to get spotted. Hold on a minute, he has all but disappeared, lucky for me he isn’t all that quiet, otherwise stalking him might be a little difficult. Not to mention how much he smells, clearly hygiene not a major concern for Derek right now!

How can humans be so blind, he just walked right past some cops and they didn’t even bat an eyelid, well at least we are out of the hollows, there is no really good kills to be had there.

Talos, maybe this is where his mate is?

Tom did not dare go in, stalking in a building is damn near impossible, so he picked out a good spot where he could see all the exits, as well as the roof. He was also eying up a gang of outcasts, which he would kill if he had to wait a while.

Waiting around is something Tom has always struggled with and may be one of the reasons that he was dubbed Hyper Cat by the press. But he knew confronting Derek in his hideout would be a mistake, luckily for Tom he was in the Gulch… plenty on his can kill list here.

Although it is an area rich with potential kills due to many heroes avoiding it completely, the Gulch is a small place and Hyper Cat is a prolific killer, so by the 4th day the Gulch had become barren. Although Tom’s thirst for killing was quelled for now, he knew that he could not keep this up for much longer!

If only he had paid more attention to Derek’s case notes… but there was one piece of information that gave Tom hope, Derek had a mate. Tom has always found humans strange and one thing that struck him as the strangest was that humans felt responsible for their mate throughout the year and not just in mating season. Derek’s mate is one of the accused, so surely he can’t hide here forever, can he?
