Look for books by George B. Bridgeman if you want to learn "actual anatomy", though Gray's is what we all got as students in art college. I also like Burne Hogarth...

If you want a really pretty book on anatomy, that isn't just black and white detailed drawings, Anatomy for the Artist by Sarah Simblet is visually stunning... however if we're talking comic book anatomy...

I just bought Pictures and Poses which comes with a bonus CD of 600 more photos all for Comic Artists. I think he also has a Fantasy based one... but you should know these are NOT anatomy teaching books, they're picture books with great angles to use for your swipe files.

I've ordered Drawing Cutting Edge Anatomy by Chris Hart, but again I think he writes books for people who know their stuff and just want to improve.

I don't know about kill, but she is the embodiment of evil... I was debating who to use in the end, first it was going to be a cave full of Sajayas all Rikti monkey size... then I thought what about a Martha Stewart Jabba the Hut thing. but I actually like Martha... then this whole thing with Demon Spawn happened, and I knew she was perfect for it.

I saw the Marvel version for sale in Walmart, but decided against it... not sure I'll be drawing panels any time soon.

Dern DA is brokenseses... hope this is big enough to see the detail... I think this one was destiny, the inking flowed really well, and the coloring was like less than an hour, even I'm surprised!
