I told them that people had gotten it in the past. My good friend has it. It apparently broke in a recent patch.

Just a note. The fortunata gladiator badge is bugged for heroes. Confirmed via email from a GM.
Here is the email I got:
"Thanks for the petition. The QA team is testing this and it seems that Heroes are not being awarded this badge right now. We have sent this information to the Dev team for a fix." -

Yeah, he is. He was designed to be as close to a Player Hero as we could make him. How do you guys like the Toggle Drop on him? Is it too nasty or does it add a nice challenge?

Last night I was fighting a lot of longbow and was constantly having my toggles dropped. Is this intended? Ballista was bad enough with the toggle drops but if this is something that even normal mobs is going to get the game fun level is going to plummet for me.

What level?
I noticed that Longbow bosses with FF and Storm Summoning were dropping my toggles during Statesman's Strike, bugged it then, but assumed (possibly incorrectly) that it had to do with making Mercy into a sort-of-PVP zone.
I even have it on a demo.

It's happening in level 37-40 missions. -

Normally this only happens when you are stunned. Longbow do fire stun grenades. If you were fighting a lot of them so that their stuns overlap, or you were playing a character without mez protection, they could have been stunning you.
So far the only bad guys that have gotten through integration on my Stalker are Ballista-1 (duh) and four Tsoo Green Ink Men, who decided to all whirling hands on me at once.

I am actually a brute, got here via dev digest. Wasn't stunned nor did I run out of end. Was fighting and the poof all my toggles were dropped and health was dropping quick. -

Anyone care to make any comments on this build?
A few things first. I have zero interest in PvP, I like and want taunt early, I have purposely left off hasten out of this build, all my other toons have it and I want to see if I can build a successful toon without it, plus I don't think hasten is all that important for actual tanking.
