Knight Stalker my first toon on union when CoH first hit the EU. After all the Regen nerfs and restructuring. I now believe this is KS's Strongest build ever and it fulfills my concept that I orignally wanted for him.
KS's build is made up of a combination of HO's and IO's
which i believe is the way forwards. with the added accolades that KS has makes him virtually impossible to kill in a 1 v 1 PvP battle.
