Hey, Yesterday I managed to get my spine/regen stalker to level 50 and now I'm looking to put some io's in it and if possible make it a pvp build.
I've got a plan on how I'd make it, and I'm in no way rich on villains so I can't afford some of the best some right now, so this would be a starter build which i could then build on and I gain more inf.
This is my currant planned build and I was hoping some more experianced pvp stalkers could give me some idea's on how I could improve it.

I hope those arnt the actual desired amounts
or atleast they scale down from that being level 50because isn't 1000000 xp like the equivelant of whats needed to level from 1 to 20 or something

That sounds more to me as if they'll be allowing us to customize the colour of the blasts (as it's the only MM primary set without a weapon iirc? correct me if i'm wrong ^^) -
