According to ParagonWiki's page about Stealth:

Stacking Stealth

All stealth powers stack with one exception: Toggle powers whose primary purpose is stealth.

So, for example, if a character has Stealth from the Concealment Power Pool toggled on, and then toggle on Shadow Fall, then Concealment's Stealth will automatically toggle off. This is because both powers have a main focus of granting stealth radius.

This does not include powers which have a bonus stealth component, such as Super Speed or a a Stealth IO. So, for example, if a character has Concealment's Stealth toggled on (35 feet of Stealth in PvE) and then turns on Super Speed (35 feet) and turns on Sprint with a Stealth IO slotted into it (30 feet), then all three will remain on, for 100 feet of total stealth radius.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, that says to me that using Freebird: +Stealth and Shadowfall will combine for 65 points of Stealth.

The only problem with that is that, according to ParagonWiki:

06/29/04 - I1 Released
09/16/04 - I2 Released
10/27/05 - I6 Released
06/06/06 - I7 Released

There was a about a 2 and a half month gap between I1 and I2 (or 79 days), and almost an 8 month gap between I6 and I7 (or 222 days).

Granted, those were in the days when Cryptic was a small stuido, with only a handful of developers. Today, Paragon Studios has a lot more people, so there is a good chance that I18 will come out before my December 7 date.

In the end, as I always say, I'll let you know the exact release date the day it goes Live.

I'd also say remove Tex, as he isn't a Dev or Mod. He, along with GPU, was someone brought in to help with the tech issues that came up with Ultra Mode.

I did some research, and checked the various News posts on the CoH main page. These are the results I got:

4/27/09 - I15 Overview

10/5/10 - I19 Overview

Looking at that pattern, an Issue Launch seems to come almost exactly 2 months after an Issue Overview is posted.

Two months from 10/5 is 12/5, and that's a Sunday, so we need to add 2 days, since Launches seem to happen on Tuesdays.

Using that patten, my expected Launch Date for Issue 19 is December 7, 2010.
