Right now, on Live, I have an Electrical Melee/Shield Defense Brute. I made the character, got it to 3, and then left it, while I worked on other things that I wanted to do.

When we learned that Electrical Melee was to be proliferated to Scrappers in I16, I continued to leave the Brute sitting there, because I figured that since Brutes have Fury, but Scrappers have Critical, the Scrapper would end up out-performing a Brute.

I'm not really sure, though, so I figured I'd ask the players.

Which will perform better in the end, an ELM/SD Brute or ELM/SD Scrapper?

I'm more interested in what performs better solo, and without the benefit of IO Sets and their Bonuses.

So I just discovered that there's a new Character Copy Tool, and it's been integrated into the forums. Pretty nice.

I have one question, though:

What does the PTS in the name, PTS Character Copy stand for?

I quoted the message, then copied the entire build part, and pasted it into Notepad. Then, I removed all of the HTML and BBCode formatting that was in the Set Bonuses section, and placed each set bonus on a new line. I copied that, and imported it into Mids. It was missing one enhancement, and the name, so I looked to see what those were, added them, then did an export with Only Export Data Chunk.
